About this apartment rental

A big studio apartment in a beautiful historic building, great location, separated entrance, Walk to Downtown Business District, 3 minutes walk to Palladium and Mechanic Hall, 5 minutes walk to DCU center, City Hall and Worcester Common. Very close to MCPHS, WPI. This studio apartment is on the first floor, with a separate entrance from parking lots. There is a queen bed in living area and a separate kitchen and dinning area. Newly installed mini split air conditioner, very cool and quiet. (AC for cooling is available only from June 1st to Oct. 15th. ） It's at the best location of the downtown, easy access to all city activities and service. Check in after 4:00, Check out before 11:00 am You will receive a text before 4pm of your arrival day with all the instructions you need for a self check in. Mid-stay Cleaning service for $60.

This property was exactly as advertised and the owner was attentive and helpful to any needs I had. It is a simple studio, but clean and convenient to downtown and to the UMass Medical Center where I was working for a few weeks. Highly recommend for those needing a short-term stay option. Thank you!
