On the bottom floor, you will find one room with a full sized bunk bed and a second room with two queens. The second bedroom has direct access to the movie theater room. On the second floor, directly off of the main living space is the master bedroom with a king bed & smart TV, attached to a beautifully remodeled bathroom. On the third floor, right off of the arcade room, you will find one bedroom with two queen beds and another with one queen bed. ☆☆ BATHROOMS ☆☆ All bathrooms are freshly renovated. On the bottom floor, the two bedrooms and movie theater room share a full bathroom. On the second floor, there is a gorgeous master ensuite as well as a half bath right off of the kitchen. The two bedrooms on the top floor share a full bathroom (with dual sinks). ☆☆ KITCHEN & LIVING SPACE ☆☆ As you enter the front door, you are greeted with high, vaulted ceilings, panoramic views of the mountains, and warm, cozy seating. A comfy couch, smart TV, fireplace (currently non-operational), and huge windows surrounding the space will make you never want to leave. Adjacent to the living room is the kitchen & dining area, with an oversized dining table and seating for 10 (+ 4 barstool seats). The kitchen has been completely renovated to add to the sleek, modern aesthetic combined with the traditional cabin theme of this home. Tons of counter space and stocked with the essentials (yes, this includes a Keurig & coffee pods) makes this an ideal spot to create some home cooked meals for the entire family. ☆☆ MOVIE THEATER ☆☆ On the bottom level, tucked away behind the bedrooms, you will find a custom-build movie theater room with oversized movie theater-style seating. This room has direct access to the hot tub, located right outside of the door to the movie theater. ☆☆ ARCADE ☆☆ The loft on the top floor has been converted to an arcade space, with a unique design and retro-style arcade games of Pac Man & NBA Jam. ☆☆ OUTDOOR SPACE ☆☆ The main attraction to this home is its pristine location and views for days. On the wraparound deck, located right off of the second floor living space, you will be blown away by the jaw-dropping mountain views (the pictures don't even do it justice!). Lots of seating, an outdoor grill, giant Connect 4, corn hole, and tons of hang out space make this spot unbeatable. The day we arrived it was raining but then started to hail so driving up the steep hill was very scary (even scarier leaving) the cleaning lady was still inside cleaning so my sister and her family had to sit in in their vehicle during the hail storm. Finally when I arrived 10 minutes later I walked in trying to locate the lady to let her know we were all going to come in due to it being past check in time and the storm outside was lightning and just not safe for us to stay in our vehicles. We had just arrived after long drives some over 8 hours and some over 6 hours. She had dirty towels, the floors were not cleaned downstairs yet, bathroom rugs were dirty, fridge was not cleaned the chess board downstairs looks like it hasn’t been touched since the day they installed it. She left and didn’t take the full trash bags by the front door and I had to clean the fridge in order to put anything in it. When I opened the fridge I noticed tape on the fridge door inside. Like the tape for wrapping presents. When I closed the fridge door I noticed I could see inside of it. It wasn’t sealing so all meat went bad 2 days later. Finally I got a response. They did pay me back for the meat. The board outside on deck was not screwed in and unsafe but no one fixed it. Only 1 shower at a time because no water pressure. Master bed is broken and the lower level is an icebox. The vacuum is broken they have no hangers and bring your own laundry stuff. Couch and chair were also broken.
