Situated in Scottsboro, this attractive house for $227 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. When you enter the home you find yourself in between the well appointed kitchen and the dining area. Your kitchen is well stocked with everything you'll need to make memorable vacation meals with family or friends. It's just like walking into your own kitchen! Across from the kitchen is the dining area with plenty of seating at the table. Beyond the kitchen/dining area you'll find a very large Great Room with beautiful views of Lake Guntersville. You have a very large leather sectional couch plus two very comfy oversized chairs. The Smart TV is powered by Spectrum and includes many channels including a super sports package. Your very fast WIFI is also powered by Spectrum. As you walk down the hallway you'll find the Primary bedroom with en-suite full bath at the end to the left. There's a King sized bed and a twin bed in the Primary bedroom. Your Primary bathroom has double sinks. At the end of the hallway is your laundry area and on the opposite wall from the Primary bedroom is the second full bathroom, also with double sinks. Walking back up the hallway toward the Great Room you'll find the second bedroom to the right with 2 Queen beds and the third bedroom to the left with one Queen bed. The back door leads from the Great Room onto your screened porch. It's a great place to spend some time relaxing and looking at the lake. Beyond the screened porch is a very large deck where you can also enjoy views of the lake. Down by the lake is your very large dock. There's plenty of places to tie up a boat. (there's no guest access to the inside of the boat house). You'll launch your boat at the Mink Creek boat ramp which is less than 1/2 mile from the house then drive through the access under the road to your boat dock. There's plenty of parking on the concrete or gravel areas of the driveway for vehicles and boats.

The house was immaculate, you could eat off the floors!!! Great location on the water for fishing. Plenty of space to park your boat and vehicle. We would recommend putting your boat in the water first before going to the property as it’s a tight turn into the driveway from the street. Love the easy of check in. Dave was great in responding to anything we needed! We would definitely stay there again!!

We were there for fishing a couple days. The house was in a great location on the lake and really nice. The boat dock was great and easily accessible. The house is also extremely close to the boat ramp. The driveway is a little tricky backing in a boat trailer but if you're experienced doing it not a problem. The place is really clean and nice. I would definitely stay here again. The only negative is the landscaping and weeds by the sidewalk. Sort of makes you weary if it might be poison ivy or something else. Although, we walked all through it so maybe it's not an issue. Also, it was easy dealing with the owners and they seemed very friendly. I would recommend staying here to others.

Some friends and I stayed at this property to fish for a week. The check-in was easy. Communication with the owner was great. Location was great for us. We have no complaints.

Inside was fine and adequate. Outside sitting area was. It well kept. Overflowing ash trays, dirty chairs. Did not want to sit outside. This property has a good view of the lake and adequate outdoor space but fungi shine were shabby and dirty.

We stayed here for a weekend fishing trip and it was absolutely perfect!! The house is very spacious and in great condition. It's in a great location and absolutely perfect for fishing!

The house was extremely clean and as described. Our favorite part was having the dock so close and we were even able to catch a couple of fish. David was great at checking in with us. Overall we had a great stay at the Mink Creek Manor.

This property was amazing! From the amenities, clean bouse, to the views in the morning, and the quietness of the neighborhood, it was great! We had a family gathering and we needed to be close to Scottsboro, the owner accommodated us perfectly. Thank you so much we were able to make amazing memories!

He drove down from Michigan to visit my mom for a few days and the house was perfect. The location is in the middle of everything Cathedral Caverns was just up the road and in between Guntersville and Scottsboro. David was easily accessible at all times for any of our questions. He is a great host!

We had a great time during our stay. The property and house were clean, and exactly as presented on the website. The property manager, David was extremely helpful when we had to contact him. We will definitely keep this house in mind when we go to rent again in the future, while visiting the lake area.
