It was nice and clean. I felt safe in the area it was a perfect location.
I was on the third floor with three kids and the people downstairs complaining my whole vacation about the kids. I wish I was on the first floor.

Pool and clubhouse

Having access to two pools, a comfortable and spacious living area, and the proximity to the beaches and other attractions.
I like to lag behind to see how staff interact with my family while I’m not around. Since we arrived the staff at the pool, (I assume it was security) were extremely rude and singled them out. First event was they were turned away for not having wristbands (We weren’t provided any.) But we had the fob to open then pool gate. We eventually got in.
Then we (my family specifically) were told to leave the pool due to there being storm a storm on the way. I got back to the room and looked down to see a new group of people in the pool. His entire demeanor was different. He was laughing and being friendly. Occasionally looking to see if said staff member made the new group get out of the pool, I noticed he allowed him to stay in for a few hours until they decide to leave. I have direct line of site and hearing.
