The location is very convenient, and the host was extremely responsive throughout our stay. The house itself is lovely, with large bedrooms, shrub plantings around the yard, and a cozy outdoor seating area by the entrance. We also appreciated that the bathrooms had been thoroughly cleaned in preparation for our stay. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience.
The living room A/C remote didn’t seem to be connected, but it wasn’t a major issue for us, and I’m sure the host would have addressed it promptly if we had brought it to their attention. There were a few cobwebs on the higher shelves inside the kitchen cabinets, although they didn’t bother us too much. The kitchen could also benefit from a more thorough deep cleaning, particularly around areas that are frequently exposed to moisture (there appeared to be some moss or buildup around the kitchen sink drains).

Un alojamiento muy cómodo y muy limpio, perfectamente equipado, amplio, con aire acondicionado en las dos habitaciones y en el comedor (+ ventiladores).
Camas y almohadas muy cómodas!
El anfitrión es muy amable y atento, y se ofreció para ayudarnos en todo (no hizo falta, porque todo funcionó a la perfección).
Tiene lavadora y secadora. Daniel subió vídeos a Youtube explicando claramente el funcionamiento de todo.
Un sitio altamente recomendable si vas a San Diego. Sobre todo, si quieres visitar el Zoo.

Schön eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet, nette Details - und vor allem genau wie beschrieben und auf den Fotos gezeigt.
Lage ist sehr praktisch, leckeres Essen (Tacos) zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Betten sind etwas zu weich für meinen Geschmack

Comfortable bed. Plenty of space. Nice to have a kitchen. Location worked well for Uber.
Noisy. Lots of banging from the unit upstairs. A couple of times, it sounded like they had dropped a safe! The house shook. Upstairs toilet flushing early in the morning woke us. Noisy dog nextdoor. None of this the direct fault of the proprietor, but it does matter to potential guests.
