The Neighborhood: This home is centrally located at the heart of Downingtown Borough, offering easy access to major roads and within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, parks, and the local train station. Getting Around: Getting around Downingtown, PA, is convenient due to its central location and accessibility to transportation. Major highways like the Pennsylvania Turnpike, Route 30, and Route 322 provide easy access to nearby cities. The SEPTA regional rail system, with a station in the borough, offers commuter rail service to Philadelphia and other destinations.
