Right on the beach, some 10 min away from busstop by tricycle. We spent 2 nights in the veranda room with a window towards the sea. In all very nice and comfortable. Fan and aircon made the room cool and nice during the hottest daytime hours. A staircase away from a nice stretch of snorkling beach. A veranda with chairs and tables for beautiful sunsets and cool morning bring-along breakfasts. there is a shared refrigerator and a waterboiler on the premise, and water dispenser is available and free. A few food options are available along the Francisco Road. Walk 15 min up to Panagasma Road for more options, minimart and soon... a 7-11.
While very efficient, the aircon was old and loud! You wont be able to hear the waves from the ocean!! A few bugs was roaming around. Maybe temporary or seasonal, but the water in the bathroom was out of service most of the time. Bucket was our only reliable shower.

The most helpful and lovely staff!
I came with an injured knee and they help in any possible way!
The location is superb, just in front of the sea! You can have your meals with an awesome view, relax at the hammock, and even go snorkeling just out of the accommodation! And is not in the middle of the chaos, but close to going walking.
Facilities are rustic but you have all you need, and things work.
There was missing a toaster or microwave to warm up meals if desired.
Some things like toilet paper, soap and coffee weren't restocked as often, but staff would be happy to do it if you ask. Not a big deal in my opinion!

Staff were nice and helped me get a motorbike to the bus stop for 100 peso. Not an ideal location as it's tucked at the bottom of the road quite a walk from the main town part.
The room was average. Very dark room. I was completely overlooked by the person on reception so didn't want to open my curtain as it was very awkward. Had I known this I would not gave stayed. The room was okay. They didn't clean it for 3 days and only when I asked as the bins were overflowing. The shower didn't stand up properly and it leaked. The person on reception told me no information about the facilities and so looking at the photos now, it appears there is outside space which I was not aware of. I ended up going to a nearby hostel which was miles nicer than this place
