the staff was amazing and helpful, location was perfect, they even rent us a scooter for a great price. even the restaurant they own was amazing, although a teeny tiny overpriced for philippines :)
they forgot our “takeout” breakfast sadly :( but otherwise they were absolutely perfect

The accommodation itself was okay, and the staff were able to assist us when we arrived.
The biggest issue was the discrepancy between the booking information on Booking.com and what we were charged upon arrival. We booked three rooms for two adults per room, and Booking.com showed the same price for the selected occupancy. However, upon arrival, we were told that their system reflected only one adult per room and that we needed to pay an additional fee for the second adult.
This was confusing and frustrating because the additional charge was not clear to us when we made the booking through Booking.com. We only found out about the extra fee upon arrival, leaving us with no choice but to pay it.
