Great location. Towels and linen included. Lots of parking next to the property. Hot tub ready for us on arrival. Cottage spotless.
Nothing it was perfect
8 / 10Excellent·Mar 2026
A great venue, staff very friendly and Helpful. Quex estate has many different attractions we did the paintball. This was a big hit with all the family age range 11-41. The hot tub was a bonus which we made use of. There was an antique fair next door on the Saturday, which was quite nice. Farm shop and restaurant all very bustling and great for any food or drink needed.
Flint barn was a great find and so much to do and see on the estate. The actual barn was not very well stocked, lots of visits to reception for missing cutlery, pans and TV remote. The bedrooms had bedside lamps which didn’t work and no hairdryers. On the plus side we had a pack of dogs and they kindly allowed us to bring them along. And after a booking we made for Mother’s Day meal was cancelled they kindly allowed us to have a late check out.

Spacious yet cosy. Food from the farm Shop is amazing 😍
We loved it

A unique, spacious property with some great features - including the hot tub, great communal area and extra facilities on site where the barn is located.
Just some minor things like the softness of the beds and the bbq provided had seen better days.
