Great Location by the water. Sarah and Ruben were excellent in welcoming us and checking in etc. Helped in every way. Warm hospitality. We had 2 rooms on the 4th floor. It is worth the stairs climb for the view and lovely rooms. The wooden floor creaks a bit. There were some cracks in the bathroom. Very comfortable beds. Plenty of blankets to keep warm. Hot water, which is usually an issue in most places, was fine.
All was fine.

Kusi es un hotel muy lindo frente al lago, las vistas desde el balcón son hermosas! Su personal nos atendió excepcionalmente bien. El baño es amplio y con agua caliente. Hay suficientes cobijas para pasar bien la noche.
La ropa de cama necesita ser cambiada. Ya está muy viejita y hasta rota.

Las vistas del hotel hacia el Titicaca .laguna .
Cuando con busque x booking lo acepte porque fijado fijado el valor no solo del alojamiento sino incluido el desayuno (fotografias del mismo ),lo cual eso no ocurrio cuando llegue me dijeron los dueños que lo cobraban aparte ..
.COSA QUE ME PARECIO PESIMA DE PARTE DE LA PROMOCION y DESLEAL DE PARTE GENTE DEL HOTEL ..DEBERIAN QUITAR ESA FOTOS Y DECIR LA VERDAD DE EL VERDADERO VALOR DE ALOJARSE SOLO PARA DORMIR ETC .
