I liked everything about the apartment, feels like a home away from home. Everything went smooth for my stay, I had everything I needed. I'd like to highlight the automated check-in/check-out process as being especially convenient, as well as the included parking when traveling by car. Also, the bed is super comfy.
The stay was great, as a minor thing I did notice a leak from the bathtub which probably should be addressed.

We had a wonderful stay at Spirit Apartments. The check-in process was very smooth, and we were even able to check in earlier, which we really appreciated. The hosts made us feel very welcome with a lovely gift of chocolate and wine on arrival.
The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. The Wi-Fi was excellent and worked perfectly throughout our stay. Overall, everything was easy, pleasant, and well organized. We would definitely recommend Spirit Apartments and would be happy to stay here again.

Es hat alles, was man braucht. Für Ausflüge ist die Lage der Wohnung gut.
Der ganze Wohnblock ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Der Geruch im Treppenhaus ist bestialisch. Das Bett und das Sofa sind sehr weich (nach uns durchgesessen) und das Sofa hat einen ehemaligen Brandfleck. Der Esstisch sieht zwar nett aus, ist aber für die Beine absolut nicht ideal. Badzimmer: Das Lavabo ist gerissen und der Abzug extrem verschmutzt. Das Küchenoberlicht geht nicht.
Check-In per Schlüsselcode: Den PIN für den Schlüsselkasten erst auf Nachfrage erhalten. X-Mails vom Vermieter erhalten - besser wäre 1 Mail mit allen Infos. Es wird immer von Studio 2 gesprochen - wenn man ankommt, ist es plötzlich die Wohnung Nummer 5 im Block? Auch die Parkkarte lautet ganz auf etwas anderes - ist sehr verwirrend! Man erhält zwar sehr viele (unrelevante) Infos vom Vermieter, aber die wichtigen erhält man nicht (PIN, PP-Karte, welche Wohnung) - ein bisschen enttäuschend.
Ausserdem ist es allgemein laut (Bahn, Bahnübergang, Jugendherberge).
