Located in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood just 5 minutes from downtown, this home is perfect for groups looking to stay central while having space to relax.
With two separate living areas, everyone has room to spread out. The main level is ideal for gathering, with an open kitchen, dining space, and living area. The lower level features a private primary suite with a full bathroom, dedicated workspace, and a cozy movie lounge with a reclining couch and 55” TV.
You’re also just minutes from Patty Jewett Golf Course and close to many of Colorado Springs’ top attractions.

The fully fenced backyard is designed for relaxing after a day of exploring and spending time together. Enjoy the private hot tub, built-in gas fire pit, and BBQ grill.

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire home including off street 2 car driveway. This property provides secure, keyless entry with an August Smart Lock. You can lock and unlock the door with your smartphone, using a unique virtual key, or personal entry code issued to you for the duration of your stay.

PETS:
This is a dog-friendly listing for dogs who qualify. Maximum of 2 dogs allowed. Please message us before booking to confirm if you plan to bring a pet. Damage from pets is the responsibility of the person booking. There is an additional $55 fee per pet to cover the cleaners time. We are happy to host both you and your pets!
Additional Info:
- Trash day is Tuesday. If your stay falls on this day, we ask that you please place trash and recycling containers curbside Tuesday morning/Monday evening.
- Hot Tub and lawn maintenance staff are scheduled on Mondays. Staff will only access the exterior of the home to care for the lawn areas and service the hot tub if needed.
- Colorado is known for unpredictable weather. Snow removal is the responsibility of the guests. Snow shovels are provided.
- Short-term Rental Permit # STR-1548

Our stay was 5 stars. The house was well stocked. Great location to all of the activities we wanted to do. Great area to take afternoon or morning walks. The house was so cozy and perfect size for our family. The back yard is so cute and the best area to unwind after a long fun day. We got to enjoy smores, the hot tub and just relaxing out there. Check in was super easy, the host was very communicative and checking out was just as easy. Couldn't recommend this place enough. Thank you for allowing us to stay

Everything was great. The house was very clean and roomy and it was stocked with everything we needed and more. We enjoyed the hot tub and the fire pit. We had extended family with us and it was great to have the communal areas as well as nice private bedrooms. Having a dishwasher and a washer/dryer with detergent was great. Much better than a hotel and less money than we would have paid for four hotel rooms. We were all very happy with the setup.
