Situated in Normandy Park, this charming condo for $182 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Many of our guests come here for the beautiful views of the Olympic mountains and the Puget Sound waterway, local parks, hiking trails, walking the neighborhood, biking, boating, ferry rides, museums, sporting events, concerts, and restaurants. Some come to recover from medical procedures, some come for funerals of loved ones, some people come to work, others for birthdays, holidays, weddings, honeymoons, others just for some peace, quiet, and solitude watching the different varieties of birds and boats float by. Note: We do for an extra charge have the ability to sleep Two (2) extra people, please let us know ahead of time so we can put out extra linen, and make up the sofa bed. Many of our guests come here for the beautiful views, scenery, local parks, hiking trails, walking the neighborhood, biking, boating, ferry rides, museums, sporting events, concerts, and restaurants. Some come to recover from medical procedures, some come for funerals of loved ones, some people come to work, others for birthdays, holidays, weddings, honeymoons, others just for some peace, quiet, and solitude watching the different varieties of birds and boats float by. Relaxing View of the Olympic Mountains and the Puget Sound water way has a gas fireplace in the Living room. Just 15 mins sometimes less from SeaTac Airport. Near the City of Seattle just 20 mins away. Just 7 mins from the Hospital if you need one. Plenty of grocery stores and Restaurants nearby 5-10 mins away. Burien has lots of different restaurants, you can even have your food delivered by some of them. King size bedroom Full Kitchen stocked up with utensils. Patio furniture and a barbeque. This is in a great neighborhood with lots of parks in the area 10-20 mins away. The people in the area walk/hike and ride their bikes around some venture to the water a quarter mile away they are friendly and they will like to talk and wave. Burien has lots of different restaurants, you can even have your food delivered by some of them. If your looking for things to do. I have lived in the area all my life and I have lots of recommendations for city, water or mountains what ever your passion. We live above this studio have a tiny noise of us walking around or perhaps talking, this is said just in case you are super sensitive to any noise what so ever. NOTE: In between the floors are insulated and we have talked to our guest to see if the noise is disturbing and everyone has said NO. The unit was clean, well-appointed and beautifully furnished. The view of Puget Sound was gorgeous despite the cloudy, rainy weather during our stay. The chairlift helped my companion navigate the stairs down to the unit easily. The owner was immediately responsive to questions we had.

This property looked amazing online but even exceeded our high expectations. It was one of the cleanest, most welcoming VRBOs we have ever rented. Quiet, private and the view of the Sound and Olympic range was spectacular. Thank you for creating such a wonderful space.

Words do not do justice how spectacular this home is. The views are breathtaking. The home is spotless with every possible amenity. Kitchen is very well stocked, bed is super comfortable, and it’s an easy drive to/from the airport. Located in a safe, quiet neighborhood. Restaurants galore and an easy drive to Seattle and surrounding areas. Dale, the owner, is extremely helpful. He answered all our questions and gave us great suggestions of activities to do while there. I really appreciated the binoculars! So much fun looking out into the sound for marine life. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else but here when we come again. Highly recommend you stop scrolling and book it. You will not be disappointed.

This property has a BEAUTIFUL view! There were stairs to get down to the rentals, and an automated lift was provided, which was very handy. I used it all the time. It’s in a nice, quiet, neighborhood. The rental was spacious and very clean. We enjoyed our stay there a lot.

When we came down the steps to our unit for the first time, we were literally blown away by the view. The unit itself was very nice with a super comfortable bed, quality linens, and a well-stocked kitchen. The location was perfect for us. It’s close to Seattle, SeaTac Airport, and our son who lives in Renton. Of all the great things we did during our week of vacation, sitting on the back porch and soaking up the sunset was by far our favorite. Thanks for helping us have a great trip, Dale and Ping. We’ll be back!

Really enjoyed this stay. Views were incomparable. Easy to get to airport (just minutes away but never heard air traffic). And just a short drive to downtown Seattle. Burien is a darling town and the host checked in on us to make certain all was going well. Accommodations are well-appointed, clean and spacious. Highly recommend.

We reveled in the grand view of Puget Sound, enjoying it from both the patio and inside this well-appointed one-bedroom apartment. The neighborhood is quiet and pretty (though without sidewalks) and the responsive owners clearly take pride in keeping a comfortable, high-end place for visitors. Here we had the best sleep of our four VRBO rentals while on our trip. After watching the sun set and retiring, we appreciated the quality bedding and the cool breeze -- and waking up to a beautiful view.

Spectacular views. Great neighborhood for exercise walks. Wonderful clean getaway. Even the sleeper sofa was comfortable! Our host could not have been more kind or more accommodating. He deserves MORE than 5 stars.

Just lovely. Clean, quiet, stunning view, everything you could want was provided. Owners very thoughtful. Owner came and reviewed TV, Fireplace, and was always helpful. Great parking, bed very comfortable, Lots of Seattle literature for planning adventures. We will definitely give this stay a 5 star rating and hope to be back soon.

Let me start off by saying that we have stayed here before and decided to stay again because it has a great view and is very nice. Unfortunately this time we checked in a hour past the check in time and upon entering the rental we noticed the garbage was full so we proceeded to check the rest of the unit and found that there were dirty towels on the bathroom floor and the bed still had dirty sheets from the previous renters. When I went to the door to ask about it I was told that you are responsible for doing the cleaning because they had no idea when the previous renters checked out and we were supposed to check in. They did come clean the unit while we were there which was very awkward considering we said we weree going to a hockey game soon snd would be gone for 4 hours. Just a very frustrating experience and quite unacceptable. We also found it unusual that they just blamed VRBO for not notifying them the prior guests had checked out. Regardless of the reason you'd expect they take responsibility for the mishap and not shift blame.

Super clean and modern decor. Barely heard footsteps from owners on the floor above. Outdoor table, grill, and lounge to watch the incredible sunsets. Quiet neighborhood. Perfect getaway for a couple!!! There seem to be 2 rental units on the lower floor - be sure you are opening the correct door because the code works for both doors. Small, clean bathroom with a shower and the soaking tub was in the laundry room. Appreciated having a full size kitchen and laundry but didn't stay long enough to use either. 15 min from the airport and easy drive to downtown to see the sites. Highly recommend this property!

We had a great experience here. Views are AMAZING and the unit itself is clean and comfortable and updated. We were a little confused checking in but managed to figure it out and Dale came to check on us right away, helping to clear everything up. We will definitely book here again!

My husband and I were going on a cruise to Alaska and decide to check out Seattle before. This property was great, I was working from home on the east coast so I’d wake up at 5am and watch sun rise each morning over the bay as I was working. Just, incredible. Not to mention the whales feeding right in front of us (which he provided very good binoculars to view). Dale was wonderful. The property is the 1st floor of Dale’s home, we honestly never heard them walking around at all. There’s 2 units one the 1st floor, bearly heard our neighbors either. The apartment is spacious, huge kitchen and living room, bed was very comfortable, great view of the water from the bedroom as well. I’d suggest bringing some bath salts for the large soaking tub. Apx 15 mins from airport 25 from downtown Seattle. Such a peaceful stay. Very clean and open. I’ll miss my mornings coffees from that patio. Thanks Dale!

Property was very clean and was accurate to listing. The property is accessible only via a long flight of stairs, and it would have been nice to know this as I have knee issues. Other than that the stay was very enjoyable.

We loved our stay at this location; it is in a quiet neighborhood, has an attractive kitchen, living space, and bedroom, and the part we appreciated the very most was an incredible view. Whether you are out on the porch, or inside looking out the windows, the view of the water, islands, ferries, and some wonderful sunsets was amazing! This is best for 1 or 2 people who want a quiet, renewing, experience in a beautiful area with much to explore.
