The property exterior is newly painted (June 2022), and the interior was also updated in early 2022 with new cabinets, bedding, and flooring throughout. On top of being the Pizza Capital of the World New Haven is home to many popular attractions, including the Yale Peabody Museum of Natural History, the Shubert Theater, Long Wharf Theater, Toad's place, Firehouse 12, Music on the Green, and much more. Close to Nee Haven hospitals as well. LAYOUT Living Room with sectional and large smart TV 1 Bedroom - King 2nd Bedroom - Queen 3rd Bedroom - Twin Trundle (Trundle will be made up when 6 guests are occupying) Full Bath with Shower Laundry room. This sparkling clean home features everything you will need to feel at home including: - Large screen streaming TV in Living room and primary bedroom - Clean fresh bedding - Strong Wifi - A/C - Laundry Room (iron, ironing board) - Brand NEW fully stocked kitchen will all new appliances, silverware, plates, utensils, toaster, blender, pots & pans, etc. No dishwasher. - The starter packet includes paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, hair net, and make-up remover wipe. - Bedding and Towels provided. - Driveway parking for 2 cars. - Back porch off kitchen ACCESS: There is a digital entrance system installed for keyless: contactless checkin. Private entrance to first-floor space. Access is limited to the 3 bedrooms, kitchen, living space, bathroom, and laundry room on the first floor. NO PARTIES, EVENTS, PERFORMING ARTISTS OR BANDS ARE ALLOWED AT ANY TIME. The maximum number of guests or visitors for this house, as indicated in the listing, should be honored at all times, day or night. These are cause for eviction with no refund and may damage our ability to offer the home to future guests exposing you to liability. This is a quiet residential neighborhood, please be respectful of the neighbors at all times! This is a very nice three bedroom apartment near Yale's Science Hill. It was clean and well furnished. We enjoyed our stay. You can hear the upstairs neighbors but they were pretty quiet after 11 PM.

Good rental house and would return. I think the only minor things to highlight are (1) no dishwasher and (2) it's directly adjacent to a daycare operation with loud children outside most of the day. Didn't bother us, but something we weren't aware of. Host was responsive and helpful.

I stayed at the Queen of Yale for about three months and it was great! It had everything I needed including parking which was very convenient. The house was nice but the best part was the responsiveness from the host, Tony was incredible! Highly recommend this place to single travelers or families!

My friends and I had a wonderful time staying in this home. It had a great common area space and functional kitchen. We also sat on the back deck for breakfast. All the beds were comfortable. We were able to fit three cars in the driveway. We were walking distance to Yale campus and Ubers were really easy to get for trips downtown. The apartment is about a 5 minute drive to downtown and the Uber was about $8. The owners cannot do anything about this and therefore this is NOT a complaint, but just a heads up - there are upstairs neighbors that you can hear walking around. If you're not used to this, it might be noticable. The owners were very communicative and answered all of our questions. We would definitely stay again!

Property is close to Yale and therefore closely located to student housing. This can lead to noise, and therefore might not be suitable for kids (<12 years old). Otherwise the property is well located for local area. Bed and bedrooms are comfortable. Kitchen OK, not got everything if you are going to cook for each meal.

We traveled from WA state for the graduation of our oldest child and wanted to have a place to "spread out" after staying in hotels in NYC. The location was perfect for us. Our daughter graduated from Quinnipiac Univ and we were easily able to get to all the locations within 15-20 min. The apartment was very clean, well-kept and we had driveway parking, which was so nice! There were 4-5 of us, depending on the day, and everyone was comfortable. All appliances worked well and there was laundry. The owners were very responsive and communication was very easy. I would certainly recommend for a family (or anyone).
