We stayed for three days with my girlfriend, and the place is charming—just like its owner, Haluk, who guided us, offered thoughtful advice, and truly contributed to the magical experience of the stay.
This is a place I recommend 100% to anyone looking for an enchanting escape in an idyllic setting, with an incredible view over the Kabak Valley and the sea.

Kabak Utopya is in a fabulous location. There is parking, which is super helpful, and you can walk down and back to the beach easily from your house. The breakfasts were exquisite and delicious. Eating on a covered patio overlooking the sea was unmatchable. The room was spacious and the kitchen very well-equiped and user-friendly. The air conditioning worked well and the additional evaporative cooler for the bedroom made relaxing and sleeping very comfortable. The bathroom and shower worked well. The owner gave helpful advice about activities in the area and the place was very quiet and relaxing. We loved it here!
I have only one complaint: We were there for a week and received NO housekeeping service. A single set of towels for 7 days is a little tough, our garbage accumulated, and even after requesting and getting additional toilet paper, we used our last scrap on the morning of our departure. The staff and owner were always helpful and hospitable so this is only a wish that housekeeping were part of the proactive services for our stay.

The view was nice
Bathroom had some problems that the water was not flowing and it was dirty. Breakfast costs extra.
