This fully furnished single-family ranch house is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood in the heart of Mandarin in Jacksonville FL. Less than 15 mins to downtown, beaches, and NAS. St Augustine, St Johns, and the Amelia Islands are all nearby. Only 2 mins to major highways, local shopping, dining, and entertainment. The third bedroom can double up as a study for work-from-home travelers.All bed rooms have walking closets. The fenced lush green backyard offers complete privacy and natural beauty. This three-bedroom, two full bathroom house has a huge family room. Includes full-size washer and dryer, air fryer, toaster oven, new dishwasher, electric stove, TV with Amazon fire stick/pots/silverware/coffee machine, etc. Perfect for snowbirds, reunions, families relocating, or traveling professionals

Nice, quiet residential area close to St. Joseph’s Church. Home is very clean and spacious. The backyard is beautiful. The living room has plenty of comfortable seating, which we loved. Close to everything. Host was great! Check in and check out very easy! Thank you!
