Tranquility, Quiet and Peaceful and accommodating. Playpens waiting for babies if someone had one. Alarm on slider to warn you if a kid does get out to the pool. My kids are older now but I know this information would help me out back in the day. Pool is only 6ft at the deepest in center of pool. The sides have seating for enjoyment visiting and chilling. It is very windy there, on arrival the pool area is messy then it got all cleaned up and the very next day horrible winds come and mess it up again. So it’s windy on and off in Yuma. The house has a great floor plan for multiple people. There is tons of shopping nearby and delivery service. The neighborhood looks jank but it is not, it is one of the safest neighborhoods in the area and this information came from the police who I ran into at Chile Pepper. The neighborhood is quiet and calm. No street rider loud motors or loud mouths. It’s tranquil. The house has laundry soap and dish soap, toilet paper etc very accommodating more so than others. Our group was 6-8, we had missionaries across town, we went to their house and they visited us. They liked the house. We would stay again and bring more people. We would send friends to rent this house too. It’s very comfortable for adults or adults with kids.

The property was nice and clean. It was easy to get in touch with the property manager. While it was kept nice it was a very "sterile" environment meaning nothing extra to make it homie/comfortable. There wasn't anything wrong with it, it was a place to sleep and it did that job. It didn't really have any "Wow" factors and the price matched that. We appreciated the stay, the uncharacteristic 10am checkout time was the worst part with a party our size.

Comfortable home! Just like the pictures. Response time was great she was very attentive. Only downfall was not having the fountain at the pool available and having to start the dishwasher and taking out trash before leaving. Everything was great would stay again

The Property is well managed and very updated. The home is set up for the family to enjoy an amazing get away. The Property Owner was easy to contact and was willing to help in whatever way necessary to make our stay amazing. We especially liked the "No Pet" policy!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the sunshine house. Clean and well kept property with a very responsive manager made our stay that much more enjoyable. Enjoyed watching the kids dip their toes in the pool. Nice, quiet and relaxing time. Can’t wait to go back!

The Sunshine House was beyond perfect! Our family of 5 enjoyed it. The hosts thought of absolutely everything! We stay at VRBO’s when we travel and this was easily the best one we’ve been to. There is honestly not one thing I would say was wrong. It was perfect!

The Sunshine home was Amazing! Beautiful decor thru the whole home!Master bedroom is large and relaxing.👌The pool was refreshing.It was great to have two good size living rooms .Thank you For making our stay fun.👍

This home is simply amazing. My husband, kids and I took a trip from Los Angeles, CA to this wonderful sunshine home and let me tell you it was worth the drive. We had such a great time in the property. The pool was perfect temperature. The house stood fresh with the ac. We definitely didn’t feel the heat too bad at all. Kiera was such an amazing host. She accommodated me to a couple last minute requests. She was attentive and made sure we were ok mid vacation. She was so great and easy to reach. Definitely recommend and we will definitely be back again soon!!

This property was Amazing it made us feel like it was our home away for home so I recommend anyone with any toddlers to teens it's a true experience. Mostly because my grandkids took most of their time at the amazing pool .A truly beautiful experience ❤
