Beach is right next to the hotel building, which makes it easy to walk. Restaurant is perfect, variety of foods and good quality. Not a crowded hotel at the time we were there, so it was easy to find a seat at the beach and restaurant. Very convenient hotel to rest with kids and/or elderly. We were there in 2022, went there again in 2023 and hoping to go again in 2024.

Nice hotel near the sea. Spacious room, friendly staff, lots of trees and bushes on the territory, good food. The hotel has its own beach, the sea water is surprisingly clear. The Aegean Sea is a little cooler, but beautiful.

Lovely staff, very clean, fresh renovation - we stayed in a deluxe room. Although as I understand it, the main building has not been repaired yet. In any case, the decisive factor is the staff. Everyone - from the reception to the bartenders are always happy to help, very pleasant atmosphere, cleanliness.

The facilities, all inclusive for real, the resort is a family resort you feel comfortable and secure especially when having your kids with you, the staff were extra nice especially Ms. Nahed, Ms. Nour, Ms. Gamzeh and all of the others sorry that we can't recall all the names. The food was exceptional, variety of food and renewable. Rooms were nice big and clean with a nice view of the sea, pool , and green areas. The coffee bar has a very nice and cozy seating area with a variety of drinks, cake and cookies and with a nice smile from a nice staff mainly a lady that my kids liked a lot, ( can't recall the name sorry). The snack bar opens from 13:00 to 17:00 and provides very delicious food, burgers pizzas and more. The pool was big and extra clean, the Hammam and Spa were great thanks to Arda, Savaş and Louba and the lady at the spa reception with a permanent smile. The guest relations staff and the recioptionists helped us a lot and they booked taxis for us upon request. Not to forget the special animation team and the daily shows and activities. The beach was clean and cozy, direct access from the hotel, variety of watersports (not included in the price for sure). The aquapark is nice but relatively small and opens for 2 periods of time 2 hours each.

Everything was great, but to be honest the weather was very hot and the air conditioning was only good in the rooms, however in other areas such as the lobby, the elevators and couredours it wasnt good enough. The icecream at the pool was only served from 14:00 to 16:00 , the weather was too hot so icecream would be a great choice for the kids.

food choices are limited, do not recommend for vegetarians or vegans. Animation staff very obtrusive, sitting with people whilst they’re eating, unable to read social queues. need to have less animation staff and more wait staff as we couldn’t get served drinks on multiple occasions.

Awesome staff, and facilities. Great for an escape outside the turisty part of turkey.

The transfer from the airport was very expensive, at least for just 2 people, so we went by taxi. Maybe work on that. Othewise great.

We took a suite with sea view and balcony, its a perfect accomodation for family of 4, it has a double beds in seperate bedroom and 2 single beds standard in the living area with a huge Seaview balcony, they added extra bed for us so everyone enjoys his space. It's really excellent resort full ultra inclusive including room service. Restaurant for the three daily meals was excellent with lots of variety to choose from. Its a family friendly and very nice private beach. Lots of daily activities for kids and adult, including volleyball at the beach, A bar at pool is fully inclusive drinks. Excellent toilets facilities at pool area. We stayed during Eid Holidays so I think everything was high level, especially live grill at dinner. Another perfect activity to do is the SPA. We enjoyed daily massage, and they have free souna and Turkish hamam. My therapist was really good, very professional 👏. All SPA Prices were at 50% so It's a value saving. There was Beach party and the animation was very nice. Overall it's a 10 for our stay.

The hotel is located in very beautiful place with amusing mountains and bay view. Sea is crystal clear. Beach and waters are clean and very comfortable for adults and kids. There is enough place for everyone always on the hotel beach. Not too many people - peaceful place (until animation turns on music...) The staff is very friendly, especially Mr. Yasin (front Manager) and guest relations (Nahed and Nour) and they really try to make their best for hotel visitors (Mr. Yasin came himself to check our AC in the room and then changed our room quite quickly). Housekeeping in rooms was good. It seems that hotel team do their best to improve guest service as much as they can with their available resources and facilities.

Since 9:30 and till 16:30 animation team plays loud music at the pool area. It is non-stop and very loud. You can hear this music at the pool, at the restaurant and even at any room at any floor even with closed balcony door! The music is good but is becomes exhausting when you are forced to listen to it the whole day. In the evening music restarts at 19:00 and it plays till 24:00 and even till 0:30 even when there are no guests in theatre area who want to dance or to listen to it. We had 5 kids with us who usually go to bed at 22-23 and it was not possible to sleep because of the music (in day time too). Nobody in the hotel could change that which was amusing ((... We also can not say that food was in genetal tasty - we could only eat 2-3 meals...although these were enough. Aperol Spritz was just bad... Cleanliness of public places needs some improvements. Anyhow, it is value for money.

Great team! Thanks a lot everybody: animation team, administration team, cooking team and cleaning. One of the best hotel and team which we have visited in Turkey.

Our first time visiting Izmir and Club Beyy! Amazing expirience , one of the most beautiful hotel we visited! Very lovely stuff , delicious food and drinks! They organised lot’s of things for their guests such as water sports, evening shows and games through the day so you can’t be bored! They also have great pools and pool bar with an amazing coctails! Animation team and guest relation teams did amazing job-helped us a lot! This was not our first time visiting for sure!

The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. The food ( Breakfast, lunch and dinner) was good and diversified. The hotel access to the beach was perfect and the beach was clean. The views are pretty good
