Good location

It is not a hotel. As a solo woman traveler I booked this place and paid more because it was listed as a hotel. There is no reception. No one to ask about anything. The stairs are spiral and very difficult to navigate even with a just a carry on and there is not mention of that either.

Both location and atmosphere were excellent! Everyone was really nice and helpful.

Modern room located in the old town and 10 minutes walk from the closest beach. Early check-in - the room was ready before 14:00 o’clock and we were able to make use of it.

There is no luggage room. We received stained towels and the cleaning is not done properly in the room.

Good location for tourists, decent bed and clean towels and bedsheets, it has heating, but you need to ask them to turn it on, and that would imply to have someone to ask...

I don't understand how this property is listed as a 4*, it's a tourist trap! First, there is no reception, no one there, you need to check-in by yourself, with a code, at 4*!! Bathroom wasn't properly cleaned, it had hair in the drains of the shower, sink was dirty, shower is full of calcar, see the pictures below. Moreover, the bathroom is maybe 2 sqm, if you sit on the toilet you need to keep your feet in the shower - (see the picture!!), but if I showered 30 min before, the only option is to wash my feet again... And the shower cabin had a plastic curtain, at 4*!!! And the ventilator in the bathroom made a very loud noise, you cannot use it! At breakfast, the lady was having her cigar and coffee outside and when I went down she asked me if I can wait until she finishes, obviously I said NO!!! I would have given this feedback to the host directly, but nobody asked, as there is no reception! When I had an emergency situation (my door didn't lock anymore) I had to look for a phone number in the booking messages, as there is none shown in the room, and nobody answers that phone number anyway!!! Luckily I heard someone on the hallway that had trouble checking-in, that had another phone number of the host.. Then it says, yeah, the lock is magnetic...whatever, it happens sometimes... Almost one hour I was calling and calling and calling, as I had to go and I couldn't lock the room!! By the way, you can hear everything from the hallway...
