The reception ladies are kind and welcoming. Breakfast was included in the room rate and was quite good—great value for money!
The hotel is literally falling apart, lol. The toilet isn't secured to the floor and moves around when you use it! The cleaning isn't the best either and could definitely be improved. I didn't care too much since I was only staying for one night!

The location near railway- and bus stations.
The hotel was better than expected and the administration staff really nice and service minded.
The bed side lamps were not working

The staff was quite friendly and the room size was decent.
- Room smelled very bad, it was like someone smoked in it, opening the windows had no effect.
- The air vent was incredibly noisy.
- Terrible sound proofing, we were woken up at 06:45 on Sunday morning, by what I believe was the cleaning person getting their stuff from one of the rooms nearby.
