About this condo rental

Located in Eureka Springs, this attractive condo for $233 per night is a great choice for your next trip. WALK EVERYWHERE DOWNTOWN! it's so easy to park and stay! This very large, 2 bedroom suite is located right in the heart of downtown Eureka Springs above the favorite local Coffee House. It is a large open space with a full kitchen, dining room, and living room. Additional features include a home theater projection system with surround sound and a deck that overlooks Main street. One parking space is included and you can easily walk to everything Eureka. This suite is located in the heart of the downtown historic district, there will be noise. We are surrounded on 3 sides by night clubs, so on the weekends, there is often live music and people talking out on the streets late into the night especially in the summer. If you are looking for a quiet night in downtown Eureka, then make plans to see us in January or February. The Coffee House is open every day, all year long. PARKING: The parking is very limited in downtown Eureka Springs. Unfortunately we are only able to offer ONE parking space for this unit in our lot. There are some additional parking options in downtown that are paid or you can park for free in the Music Park lot that is located at 288 Main Street, about 3/4 of a mile down main street from our property. There is a trolley stop at the train station that is close to the park. The other option is to pay in any of the private or city parking in downtown. Any spot with a coin meter is city parking and free overnight from 6pm - 8am the next day. Building Quirks: The building is 130 years old, even though it has been renovated there are still some things that will help make your stay better. If you use the balcony, make sure the door stays closed, it has a tendency to open on its own, please lock the deadbolt when not in use. To manage the temp, it is best to keep the blinds closed and fans running. The ceilings are high, and even though we added new insulation and a new HVAC unit to this space, it still won't cool much below the low 70's in the dead heat of summer. Due to historical regulations, the windows have not been replaced in the front of the building.

Located within walking distance to almost all of Eureka, we enjoyed a great girls trip. Restaurants, shopping all very close. Having the coffee shop below is fabulous and they serve a great menu of delicious food. Plenty of room for three adults to spread out and the balcony is great to sit and enjoy the people watching. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay! The apartment is huge and so cozy. Heather was an amazing host and was very responsive and generous. This location is perfect for getting to all the shops- right in the heart of town. Would def stay again!!

We were surprised by how big the living space was! What a lovely remodel. Perfect location to park and never have to get back in the car. We could walk everywhere. Heather responded to any questions quickly & kindly. We wouldn’t hesitate to book this location again.

My adult daughter and I spent 4 days in Eureka Springs in this apartment. It is actually larger than it looks in the picture, but is otherwise exactly as pictured. The location is perfect! It is in the historic downtown area, and we walked everywhere. The apartment is well accommodated, and there was nothing that we needed. We had a problem with the projection TV initially, and the owners came up immediately to resolve it. We went in early January, and noise from the bars was not an issue. We ate breakfast everyday with our generous vouchers in the coffee shop below. Coffee and food were great! I highly recommend a stay at this historic apartment!

We stayed over NYE weekend and it was a perfect spot! We could listen to and watch all the nightlife from the beautiful balcony and that was exactly what we wanted! The suite had everything we needed. Parking was easy, probably the easiest I’ve ever had in Eureka. As they mention, the building is old, so there are some nuances associated with that, but for the most part it was comfortable. Could’ve been cleaner when we arrived, but there was nothing that changed our enjoyment. Overall we would totally recommend this property!

The apartment is spacious and clean! There was food left in the refrigerator, but plenty of room for our stuff. Check in time is exact. The door will not work one minute before time. So we had to wait about 30 minutes before we could get in. Great location! Needs curtains in the bedroom for sure. Lots of light comes in those windows through the night. Noise levels were low. Sometimes we could hear music but it didn’t keep us awake at night or was bothersome. The patio is nice. The apartment has about everything you would need. We loved the sofa and projector tv. We were able to walk to restaurants and stores. The owner was very responsive to my questions throughout our stay! My 8 year old loved the bunk bed room! We would stay here again! Love our time in Eureka and this is a great spot to be in the middle of it all.

The pictures don’t even do this place justice. I walked in the door and all I could say was “Wow!”. The kitchen and living room areas were much bigger than what I pictured in my head from what I’d seen online. After a long day of walking around town in the heat, it was nice to come back and have the projection TV to relax in front of. Even it was bigger than it looked in the pictures. It was clean from top to bottom. The owners reached out to me while I was driving down and made sure I had all the directions and instructions I needed. I travel pretty much every weekend for work, so I’m picky about where I stay. No need to be picky here. First rate all the way! I highly recommend this place to anyone that is coming to Eureka Springs.
