After a day spent soaking up the sun, head inside your stay and get comfortable on the spacious living room's soft seating. As you stream your favorite TV show or play a board game, the chef of your family can utilize the stainless steel appliances and gleaming countertops in the full kitchen. When it's time to eat, dine at the window-side dining table or at the sizable breakfast bar. Both of the home's bedrooms feature high-quality linens, tasteful decorations, and central air-conditioning. Outside, the entire family can enjoy exploring the home's large yard where a patio and firepit await beautiful vacation memories. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 1. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

This is an adorable up to date home tucked away. We enjoyed the fire pit and watching the lightning bugs. Very relaxing and the perfect place to go to just unwind and relax.

This house sits in a great location. Just off the main road, but feels like you’re secluded deep in the woods. I’m also grateful for it to be pet friendly! It was just what we needed for a weekend getaway.
