Very nice, clean and well stocked house.We didn't have the best weather, so we did a lot of movies and appreciated the big screen. Easy location to Great Barrington and other Berskshire towns. A nice stay. ( Didn't give it 5 stars, because a hot tub or something would have been great)

We were four adults and one dog staying at this property. We have family in the Great Barrington area and are familiar with the town, and this home was a perfect location to get into town and to go visiting for the holiday. The house is also very close to several hiking trails. The house itself is very spacious, with multiple levels that allowed everyone to have their own space if needed. Our little city dog loved the huge fenced in back yard. It was a chilly weekend and the house was nice and warm for my elderly parents, and the little cousins who came to visit loved the basement game room. Would stay in this home again when visiting Great Barrington.

My husband and I joined our daughter and her husband with our three dogs for a relaxing week. It’s a beautiful, spacious home, extremely comfortable and had all the amenities we wanted. The fenced backyard was perfect for the pups. It’s on a quiet cul de sac, nice for daily walks, close to Great Barrington, a large grocery store and local attractions. Rob the owner was there in minutes when we had some trouble getting in upon our arrival, and also kindly helped me locate something I’d left behind. We look forward to returning here again, it was perfect for our family!

We have stayed in many homes in the Berkshires, this was the best. There is lots of space. The home is very well equipped with laundry supplies and the like. The windows look out on green trees and the lawn. You feel like you are in the woods but it is a short drive to downtown Great Barrington. Taft farm is a few minutes away with great pies and produce. The owner was very helpful and responsive.

In addition to proximity to things to do, to us a great vacation home has two things: great rooms to congregate and enough space for people to spread out and get away from each other. This house has a large modern kitchen, living room, and three dens - a small one right off the kitchen and then two large ones on the main level and basement -- each with a big screen TV connected to streaming services. So there were plenty of times during our stay we we would be all together and other when we (especially the kids) were all spread out doing our own things. House is minutes from Butternut and Catamount mountains, stocked with all the little things you want/need (cleaning supplies/toys/games/cocoa), and the owner was responsive, friendly, and helpful. Bonus on the large two car garage to keep our cars out of the winter weather. Literally not a single complaint, highly recommended, would be super happy to return someday.

The house has various levels with multiple areas comfortable for socializing in larger and smaller groups. Large well-equipped kitchen can accommodate multiple chefs and diners. Location is convenient and neighborhood is quiet. Rob is very responsive to any questions and concerns. Beds are comfortable. Best house rental I have stayed in.

Our adult family of 4 and pups had a marvelous time at this terrific property. The interior was cozy and chic with lots of space and light. The outdoor space was perfect for a dog to romp safely, and everything throughout was very well thought out and well stocked. We loved the local hiking and ease of getting to the center of Great Barrington. Thank you - even better than expected! We will surely be back!

The house was perfect for our two families. Plenty of space, lots of room for separate activities, game room, fully stocked kitchen tools, etc. The home is incredibly convenient for spending time in Great Barrington and skiing at Butternut. We hope to return in the future!

The property was perfect for our family. We had plenty of space to sleep, eat, and spread out. Driving to Stockbridge and downtown Great Barrington was easy. The owner, Rob, was accommodating and easy to communicate with.

Had a great time visiting this property in Great Barrington. House was beautiful and well stocked with anything we could need, large fenced in yard was great for our kids and pet, and it was an ideal location less than 10 minutes from all of the restaurants, shops, etc. Found numerous great hiking spots all within a few miles. Would definitely return!

We totally enjoyed our three week stay in August. The modern master bedroom suite and kitchen were amazing, with two story windows in each bringing the outside beauty in. It was incredible to be able to look out every window and see green, and we spent a lot of time on the spacious deck. Our grandchildren loved the game room. The landlord Rob was very friendly, helpful with area attractions, and was immediately available to answer any questions about the house.

I loved this home that I was able to share for a girls trip with my family out to the Berkshires this summer. We all couldn't believe how huge the house was and it was so clean! And I am a clean freak, so I would definitely voice if it wasn't clean enough. Owner was easy to get in touch with, check in and check out process were so easy and it was completely stocked up. Did I mention how huge this home is with a fenced in yard that is also extremely large!! Very close to Great Barrington, Stockbridge, and Lee. We went to the Miraval one day and it was not a far drive from the home. We really enjoyed ourselves and hope to come back to this property for years to come each summer. The only thing is the downstairs shower did not work for some reason, but I am sure it is an easy fix with the owner. Thanks for a great stay!!!

Three friends and I rented Robert’s house for a long weekend getaway. The location was ideal. The house is really nice, spacious, comfortable and clean. It had everything we needed (other than food / beverages). The house has several areas to hangout, great electronics, a well equipped kitchen, comfy outdoor furniture, good Wi-Fi and so much more. The bonus is the massage chair!!! It was such a treat for our post mountain bike rides. Robert was super quick to respond to my questions prior to booking. If available, we will absolutely rent this house again next Summer.

I had the opportunity to visit the Great Barrington area accompanied by my two young adult daughters and son. I believe this was the maiden voyage of this vacation rental under the new owner. What a beautiful property at the end of a wooded cul-de-sac. As a runner I had the opportunity to explore the immediate area and it was exactly what you would expect on a beautiful summer week in the Berkshires. The owner addressed a couple of concerns I had immediately and in person and we had a wonderful stay. The house is lovely with lots of windows and great light. The master bedroom is enormous and the other bedrooms are all good size. There’s a split air conditioning unit in the master and in the kitchen and living room area that work quite well. The other bedrooms all have wall units and the air conditioning can handle the warmest Berkshires weather. There are excellent amenities. A gigabyte Wi-Fi and a massage chair! The property is a couple of miles from downtown Great Barrington and 20 minutes from most other local hotspots such as Tanglewood, Lenox, Stockbridge and more. We enjoyed the property and the owner’s restaurant recommendations so much that we plan to come back later this summer and I’ve already booked it
