The entire hotel is gorgeous especially the decor along with the comfy beds, and how well things are arranged in this amazing hotel.Despite of my short stay of 1 night,the staff was very friendly and hospitable and always willing to sort you out whether it be for places you wanted to eat at, taxis,attractions etc they’ll have all the answers to your questions.
There was nothing not to like about it everything was so perfect.

The hotel was wonderful, and having underground parking was essential since it kept the car nice and cool.
The highlight of our stay was definitely Adi from the hotel staff. He went out of his way to take care of us whenever we spent time in the open hotel area, always providing everything we needed like glasses, plates, and ice. He even sliced up some watermelon for us! Thank you, Adi ❤️
The climate control was a bit strange; we couldn't find the right temperature - it was always too cold or too hot.
The variety of food at breakfast was limited.

Fint, rent, hyggelig og imøtekommende personell. Grei balkong til rommet, men vi havnet rett over viftene med mye støy. Således var balkongen til tider ubrukelig.
Beliggenhet. Avstand utenfor Saranda er OK, men området er veldig hotellpreget. Oppstykket tilgang til sjø/strand. Dette hotellet ligger på "feil side" av veien uten tilgang til strand/sjøområde.
