Lovely room located right in the heart of town. We stopped in Porthleven to use it as a base to explore and fell in love with the village. The bed was super comfy, the bathroom was huge, everything very clean and well kept - more than enough space to spend comfortably few days. I appreciated having a refill of teas/coffees and biscuits while we were there as needed. Very easy to find / access the room.

Don't have any complaints. You can easily hear people walking in the corridor but everyone was being very considerate, especially at night, so we weren't too bothered by it.

Location was good. Property clean and tidy.

Property said self catering and it wasn't. No crockery or cutlery for making own breakfast. Parking made loading and unloading difficult.
