Superb location, easy check in with coded box for key. Parking nearby and close to shops and restaurants.
Luxurious bathroom with rainfall shower.
Good sized TV and mini fridge was a great bonus and fresh milk inside. Next door to the bakery is a great idea for breakfast and morning coffee.
Room felt like it needed a little TLC, scuffs on walls, mould in shower tray.
The room was very light at night, could do with blackout blinds on doors.
Nice to have kettle with tea & coffee but teabags were just on the side, perhaps a small jar for them to go in would be good. Mattress felt a bit lumpy on the edges, perhaps a topper would be good.

Location excellent. Good shower and facilities. Minor problems dealt with immediately. Despite the hot spell the room was comfortable and equipped with a fan which was useful. Local contact with Elle was excellent and prompt.
Minor glitches with TV and internet connection. Due to circumstances beyond the owners control there was a skip close by but this did not reflect on the stay. Being downstairs with a door straight onto the street it was difficult to hang the "make up my room" sign without it blowing off in the wind. Parking was a problem but expected in a busy, popular area.

Location in connection to RNAS Culdrose, well presented
Arrived on Wednesday and no person on sight, not clear where the rooms were located especially at night & raining
needed to dig into emails to get key safe details
