It is in a very convenient position in the village - just a short walk from the harbour. Everything you might need is provided, a well equipped kitchenette for hot drinks and breakfast, a lovely shower room with toiletries and nice towels, a comfortable bed, plenty of plug sockets, good lighting, excellent Wi-Fi, and plenty of hangers. I especially loved the little collection of ‘Observer’ books, a very sweet touch.

The only tiny thing I could fault is the key box, which is a bit challenging if you have fat fingers (husband), or longish nails (me), but we overcome this quickly, and gained entry without calling for assistance!

Perfectly situated and sparklingly clean, the suite offered everything we needed for our stay. It is superbly presented with tasteful decor and a high quality finish. Just a 3-4 minute walk down hill to the harbour and village. A wonderfully comfortable bed gave us that all important great night’s sleep. Communication from Julian was quick and informative. Highly recommended and will become our “go to” when in beautiful Porthleven.
