Convenient place to stay for a wedding close by. It was very useful to have the small kitchen facilities and fridge inside the room.
The room is small and very basic, it was fine as long as you don't expect luxury!

Room as expected, good location for the university, clear communication about check in, facilities reasonably clean, parking available on the surrounding streets.
Walls between rooms are very thin so there was some noise from other users of the building. WiFi didn't work on the TV but did on my own devices

Location
My room had a short circuit, which meant climbing up high to box, via phone to turn on mains switch.
Tumble driers do not absorb water, so people left them on continually, was too noisy at midnight.
