Friendly staff, accessible parking, room was quiet and clean. Plug sockets conveniently located for phone charging. Shower had excellent water pressure and temperature control. A basic, simple room that was excellently located for us visiting friends nearby. Bed and pillows surprisingly comfortable - better than several more expensive places we’ve stayed.
There was no breakfast available due to a delayed delivery, the blind wouldn’t roll up as the cord was missing and the tv didn’t work. Bathroom needs a towel hook. Entrance stairs and landing carpet was a bit grubby but the room itself was very clean. No complaints at all though, none of this detracted from our stay.

Train noise in one of our rooms.
We were famiky, booked 2 rooms, rooms were far from each other.
