Don’t book - noisy location with a nightclub in the same building and rude staff.

Good location

The noise. There was a nightclub in the same building which played music all night. One night they kept us awake until 4.30am. If I knew about the noise I would not have booked! The club also had Shisha which stunk the whole building - the smoke from the Shisha kept coming into our room.

Not suitable for families

It’s located near to the museum’s we’d planned to visit

A couple of things: -as noted by other guests the lift didn’t work -stairs were crumby -the place stank of weed -as were the chairs and sofa bed -windows all but one were not openable -one window smashed and covered with tape -old stained and disgusting pillows -stair case missing sections -we were on the 4th floor, my advice is work out for a month before lugging your stuff up there

Poor

Location is second to none, directly outside the Natural History Museum. Property was clean.

Location above a bar meaning loud music and lots of noise from other guests late at night. Window smashed, light switch broken, no rail or hangers in the wardrobe. Sofa bed stained, very very poor finish overall with wardrobes barely able to close and unfinished Dangerous missing bannister on the stairs which my toddler could easily have fallen through and lots of ladders etc in stairwell.
