Location was perfect for our needs as to where we needed to be in Chelsea. Obviously the location is completely individual as to where you're personally visiting.

We were in room 4, which is the first apartment as you walk in. Apartment is fine but the front door slams so hard that it shakes the room, rattles the mirror and wall-mounted TV. It was unbearable in the end. Theres a tiny little sticker saying 'don't let the door slam' which is ignored by everyone. It could be so easily sorted by putting an overhead door closer on. Literally a 20 minute job and the rating would be excellent. Only other slight gripe was someone came to collect the laundry from the main hall. This was after 2300 at night and they were back and fourth stomping away and letting the door slam maybe 20 times. Please, please put a slowed door closer on the front door!!

The apartment was clean and came with a portable AC. The front door is always locked, and they provide a key for it.

The only downside was that the apartment was on the 4th floor with no lift

Location

It's very small and old. The temperature isn't manageable. At one point it was 24 degrees with the windows open. And not very clean. The bed is very very small and short
