A beautiful and spacious 3rd floor apartment with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with hand basin ,shower and toilet, plus another shower room, toilet and hand basin. A large ,light reception room, with dining table, plus a lovely eat in modern kitchen.Good WIFI Located in a traditional London mansion block, serviced by a lift. The apartment has been recently refitted with the luxuries of a modern home. With all modern amenities this is somewhere where you can find rest and relaxation within the hustle and bustle of London. The flat is on the 3rd floor with a lift in the building. Only children over 12 yrs I AM ON WHATS AP, FACE TIME OR SKYPE. I INSISTED ON A PHONE CONVERSATION BEFORE BOOKING. BUT Sadly this is no longer possible as VRBO dont show me the telephone number UNTIL THE FLAT IS BOOKED IT IS SO IMPORTANT FOR BOTH ME AND THE GUEST TO FEEL HAPPY ABOUT THE CONTRACT WE ARE BOTH ENTERING INTO. I CAN ALSO ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS THAT YOU MAY HAVE. I AM AFRAID, IN THIS DAY AND AGE, SADLY, THERE ARE PEOPLE OUT THERE WHO RUN SCAMS. I HAVE HAD, SUPPOSED GUESTS, REQUESTING BOOKINGS,ARRIVING IN MY FLAT AND RELETTING IT! IT IS UNBELIEVABLE BUT IT HAS HAPPENED LAST YEAR. SEVERAL YOUNG PEOPLE LOST A LOT OF MONEY ALSO IT IS SO IMPORTANT THAT YOU ARE TOTALLY HAPPY ABOUT WHERE YOU ARE COMING TO. COMMUNICATION IS SO IMPORTANT. WE DO NOT TAKE BOOKINGS ANY MORE ON SUNDAYS AS I FIND IT DIFFICULT TO ARRANGE FOR SOMEONE TO MEET YOU WITH THE KEY. Whilst the flat is set up for a 7 night stay it is possible to rent from 5 nights but at the same rate. PLEASE PLEASE , WHILST I DONT ASK FOR A DEPOSIT if the carpets get stained or anything gets broken I would so appreciate being told. Rather than have people walking into a flat with stained carpets or broken bins

This was our first visit to London from the US for our daughter’s college graduation. This lovely flat was perfectly situated so that we could visit all over London. We mostly took the bus as the stop was the closest and we really enjoyed being able to see different parts of London on our rides. The underground is a short walk though and we did use it a few times. The neighborhood is really great. We felt safe the entire time and it was quiet. There were plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance and we quickly developed our favorite coffee shop right around the corner. The flat itself was very nice! We had plenty of room for the 3 of us, the beds were comfy and the kitchen well stocked. We would be very happy to stay here again and would highly recommend it. Many thanks to the owner!

The apartment was just as described, lovely, quiet, spacious and conveniently located for exploring London. Jude and Carol made the check in very easy and we (2 adults, 2 teenagers) had a terrific 5 days exploring London. The apartment is very comfortable and had everything we needed. The public transport was easy to use. Hope to return one day.

We had a wonderful stay in this Chelsea apartment. We loved the area and with the bus at the end of the road getting across London was easy. Great supermarkets nearby for all your grocery needs. If we didn’t want to cook then we had a meal out at one of the local restaurants. The highlight was the warm cosy apartment to come back to each day, where you definitely felt that it was your home away from home. Thanks for a great stay.

What a perfect flat for our visit to London! 2 adult female travelers who enjoy our own space in the evenings after exploring. Communication was excellent and even had a video chat before confirming. This went a long way in assuring us that it was a legitimate rental. Texted upon arrival and was met at the flat in person for keys and overview. We had all we needed and was close to the South Kensington tube station and bus just a block away. Lift to the 3rd floor and minimal street noise, if any. Wouldn’t hesitate to rent again if ever back in London.

Great property for sharing with friends - clean, well laid out and roomy. Only quibble is that WiFi didn’t extend to back bedroom. While the nearest underground is a 15 minute walk there are many buses that service the neighborhood.

Great place. Very clean, well stocked, comfortable furniture. Good neighborhood, very upscale with lots of nice restaurants. Jude was a friendly and informative host. My only reservation was the length of our walk to the closest tube station. But we knew that going in and we’re avid hikers. I would highly recommend staying there.

Apartment served as the base for four days of exploring London by day and seeing plays at night. While it was not centrally located, it is an easy 10-15 walk to both buses and the tube which we utilized daily. Only took a cab initially when we arrived at Heathrow and after one play. Otherwise utilized the tube and buses.
Apartment was as depicted and comfortable. Washer and drier handy to use. Owner friendly and easy to contact.

I stayed at Jude’s lovely Chelsea flat with my two adult children. It was everything we hoped for and more. The decor is charming and makes one feel at home. Comfortable beds were welcome after long days of sightseeing. The location was wonderful with several good cafes and shops nearby. I would wholeheartedly recommend this flat to anyone looking for a home away from home in Chelsea.

This flat served all our purposes: easy access to public transportation, great neighborhood with lots of restaurants/pubs, shopping. Jude kept in contact with us leading up to our stay and kept us informed of any issues. I would stay here again.

We stayed at this flat for eight nights and it was a wonderful home base for sightseeing. The furnishings were comfortable and attractive with nice personal touches of pictures, wall hangings and rugs. The kitchen was fully equipped. The bed was excellent. There were nearby stores for food and a lovely pastry shop called Oree's around the corner. We had a wonderful dinner at Frantoios - highly recommended. This location is not near the tube so bus or cabs are the best solution. After a day in the hubbub of downtown, this is a fine respite. Loved visiting the Churchill War Rooms and the Victoria and Albert Museum. Also took a cruise on the Thames to the Greenwich Naval Observatory. Great stay. Thank you.

My family and I stayed a week at this lovely flat. We really felt like locals. The location is quiet and safe. The entire place is very comfortable. Nice beds. Well supplied kitchen. We will be staying again.

This flat was spacious, immaculate, and in a perfect location. The tube was a quick 15 minute walk and with google maps on our IPhone, we could find our way anywhere in London using the tube for a couple pounds. Great restaurants and shopping nearby too. Host was great and communication was excellent. I highly recommend this if you are planning a trip to London.

This flat had everything we needed for a wonderful 10-stay in London! Communication with the kind owner before our arrival was easy, and check-in and check-out went smoothly.
The beautifully decorated, light-filled flat is both clean and comfortable. The high ceilings and large windows lend an airy feel, and the views are lovely. The lift came in handy for my elderly mother, and my daughter and her friend enjoyed taking the stairs, as did I.
The residential area immediately around the flat is quiet, but it is steps away from every convenience, including grocery stores, restaurants, cafes, bakeries — and delicious gelato. We saw very few tourists so we felt like temporary London residents, especially since the kitchen is so well equipped.
The flat is best served by bus (just a one-block walk to Fulham Road), but the underground is only about a 10-minute walk away, depending on one’s walking speed. My mother and I usually took the bus (which arrived in under ten — usually five — minutes, no matter where we were in London), and my daughter and her friend almost always took the tube.
I am so happy that my family and I had the opportunity to stay in this amazing flat, and I hope to be able to stay again!

Our stay at Elm Park Gardens was just what we needed. We had been traveling for several weeks and had stayed in a variety of accommodations. Most of which we were happy to leave. We had a lovely stay at Jude’s flat. It was just as pictured…bright, clean and cozy. It has everything we needed from a hair dryer and dishes to a plug in fan and washer and dryer. Beds were very comfortable and we enjoyed the peace and quiet of the flat and neighborhood. Flat is walkable to so much and is a great base location for exploring London. Carol and Jude were fabulous hosts and we would definitely stay again!

Lovely flat in a great location just between two major streets (Fulham & King). Carol met us and was extremely helpful with any questions I had throughout our trip Very Quick Response Time. There was a lot to navigate with the Coronation and it was nice to have a local to ask.
The flat was a lot more spacious than I thought it would be. Washer and Dryer were very handy and easy to use. The lift is small but runs well. Lots of food options near by. Thanks for the recommendations Jude, Phat Phoc was such a cool experience and great food.
I would highly recommend this flat and Jude’s personal touch is greatly appreciated.

Very nice place to stay during a trip in London, in a very nice neighborhood, with easy access to all commodities and main London spots. A cosy flat where all you need is available, we felt like at home. Carol and Jude are si friendly, thank you so much for this experience! We will come back, for sure.

This was a wonderful flat to have as a home for our family week in London. It is well located in Chelsea, close to both the Gloucester Road and South Kensington tube stations as well as numerous bus options. Transport to and from Heathrow airport was quite easy. It is spacious and was perfect for our family of 4. Would definitely stay here again.

This flat is simply wonderful. From the minute we booked the place, we had a good connection with Jude. We face-timed with her early on and were pleased by all she had to offer and the advice she gave. There was a good deal of helpful communication before our arrival and there were no issues with check-in. Upon arrival, we were thrilled that the flat looked just like the pictures. It was incredibly clean and very spacious. We loved how bright it was and how much room our family of four (twin 17-year-olds) had to spread out. The beds were comfortable, there was plenty of storage and the apartment was fully stocked with everything you could need for your stay. The location is simply wonderful. We loved being in Chelsea & felt very spoiled there. There are two tube stations within 15 minutes of the flat and both are very accessible to all parts of the city. There are many great options for grocery shopping, pastries, etc. In addition, there are many great restaurants within a short walk. We particularly loved The Lots restaurant for food & the Sporting Page for watching the Chelsea Football Club play on game day. We loved being a bit out of the touristy area of mid-London and felt like we had arrived back at our private oasis each day after touring around the city and dealing with tourists. We have nothing negative to say & can't recommend this flat enough. Jude is very easy to communicate with & will take very good care of you. We would love to return to this flat someday!

Our stay in this Chelsea apartment was excellent. The bus/tube is all nearby, making travel to many attractions a breeze. The owner was excellent to communicate with, and the check in process was easy. The apartment has a kitchen which made our stay homely. Would definitely recommend this apartment.

The 2 bedroom 2 bathroom flat was nice and roomy for a 6 night stay for myself and my husband. The was lots of closet and drawer space to accommodate our month long trip in Europe. The extra bedroom gave us space to use as an exercise space for our yoga mat. The kitchen and living room tables gave us each a space to spread out for working and eating. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to prepare a nice breakfast in the flat and even an occasional lunch. The location by multiple tube stops, proximity to food shops and restaurants and quiet rooms for sleeping rounded out a perfect flat for our stay. Cleanliness earned the flat extra stars from us as well.

My husband, my 13 year old granddaughter and I spent 5 nights in this lovely flat. It was well laid out with lots of room for 3 people and extremely comfortable. Also, it was convenient to 2 bus stops, markets and some good restaurants. I highly recommend this flat if you want to stay outside central London.

Jude's place is so lovely I wanted to stay longer. Spacious, clean, light and as a traveler very easy to live in as there is loads of space to put suitcases etc. She was so kind as we were there for Xmas day, and she even left some presents under the tree for us. You can turn left out of the apartment to South Kensington station or turn right and go down to Kings Road and catch underground at Sloane SQ or bus. Sometimes we were pretty tired and approx 6 pound for taxi from underground.
Sometimes when you are searching you look for the best price, but believe me this accommodation is worth every cent and I would recommend that if you are looking for something in London you stay here. Thank you Jude

This was my second stay in this delightful apartment/flat with a number of appealing features. It is in an almost ideal location, straddling South Kensington and Chelsea with the restaurants, shops and vibe that are the essence of those two neighborhoods. It is roughly a 10 minute walk to three different tube stations and there are about six or seven bus lines with stops 2 to 3 minutes away. Location location location. The apartment is more than comfortable with some attractive amenities, notably a washer & dryer, a dishwasher, and an elevator/lift. But probably the most attractive feature is that the owner, Jude, lives there when she is not renting it out. That homey, lived-in feeling pervades the whole space and lets the renter feel at home almost immediately. I am a little hesitant giving such a glowing review because I'm afraid that some of you reading this will get in line ahead of me the next time I want to stay there.

We had a wonder 2 week stay at this flat. It is a comfortable flat with a small but very useable kitchen and there is good grocery stores along Fulham Road (especially Baily and Sage) including a French style bakery, a butcher and Luigi's for Italian take out. The location is perfect if you want to take buses & the underground in order to reach museums, theaters, shopping. If you are willing to walk about 12 minutes down to the river you can also take a River Bus to many locations in central London. Jude, the owner, is helpful and pleasant to deal with. and easy to reach.

We had a wonderful time at the flat! It was perfect for the four of us and was perfectly located to get around the city to see all the sites! It was spacious and clean!! We will definitely use this flat again on our next visit!

The property was the perfect place for our 6 night stay in London. Excellent access to all the sights we wanted to see and easy walking distance to numerous restaurants and services. For check in we met Carol as planned and she provided us with the necessary info for our stay. We used the cooking facilities for breakfast and was nice to have the basics like coffee, tea, laundry soap, etc. on hand. Everything worked fine and what we used, we tried to replace. The location has history which is perfect. Also, is prime to many pubs in the area.

This flat is in a great and safe location and within a 15 minute walk of the Piccadilly, Circle and District lines. We were so happy when we opened the door to the flat to find it spacious and bright . The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. So lucky to find a place with both separate washer and dryer. We would definitely book again on our next visit to London. Thank you Jude!

Although the flat is clean and comfortable, and Chelsea a delightful neighborhood, the flat's location is far from the city center and iconic experiences. Once we mastered the bus and tube routes, we were fine. Before that, taxi rides were expensive.Overall, however, we enjoyed our stay.

Our family of 4 (2 parents, 2 older children) enjoyed staying at this lovely property. We chose it in part because it is walking distance to Stamford Bridge and going to the Chelsea FC game was part of our vacation plan. Lots of good shops and restaurants in neighborhood. Busses and tube also nearby. Would definitely recommend!
