Located in Paso Robles, this charming house for $125 per night is a great option for your next break. Located on the desirable west side of downtown Paso Robles is this wonderful 1918 Craftsman home. This home is located just 5 blocks from the famed Paso Robles restaurants and downtown wineries. Enjoy the large fenced yard with hot tub and expansive outdoor areas. Under the Oaks is the perfect destination, as have the entire property to yourselves. House has a full kitchen, living + dining areas and one bedroom. Living Space: This home features a western decor in this craftsman style living space. The living room has leather couch & chair and features a Smart TV. The kitchen is Fully-stocked with cookware and dinnerware. Keurig coffee maker, drip coffee maker as well as an Nespresso espresso machine, are provided for your morning pick me up. The Bedroom has a King size bed and a 50” Smart TV. The full bathroom includes a walk-in shower. There is a full size washer and dryer. Outdoor Areas: The outdoor backyard space is fully fenced and features a large open space with spa, seating area and fire pit. Grill it up on the gas BBQ. Additional Amenities Also enjoy Board games, Bluetooth speaker, outdoor games, etc. Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, laundry facilities and private parking. Shampoo, soaps, paper products, towels, and linens are provided. Everything you need for a perfect getaway! Location: This home is easily accessible to Hwy 101 and only 5 minutes away from downtown Paso Robles. Walk to the Downtown Tasting Rooms, or feel free to take a quick drive to explore the other 200+ wineries that Paso wine country has to offer! Indulge yourself at one of the many restaurants in downtown Paso Robles. From farm-to-table concepts to wine pairing with meals, you are sure to have a fine dining experience! Pet Policy: We are DOG-friendly with a Fifty dollar per pet fee. Maximum pet allowance is 2. Failure to disclose pet and pay the fee will result in a Five Hundred Dollar additional fine. Guests are required to clean up after their pets. Pets are not to be left unattended at any time. It is our goal to make you feel at home while on vacation or business. You will receive thorough check-in instructions via email which will include the lockbox or keypad code three days prior to your visit to facilitate the check-in and check-out process. Upon arrival, easily access your property with a keyless door code, no need for an in-person key exchange. Your property has been professionally cleaned and is ready for you to enjoy. You can expect all the comforts of a fine hotel, including: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soaps, paper products, towels, linens, extra blankets, free WiFi, smart functions for televisions, property information guide providing specific home details, local suggestions, WiFi access, TV instructions, check-out instructions and more. This adorable home is so close to town! We could walk to restaurants, shopping, etc… It had everything we could need for our stay!

This cottage was perfect for our recent 3-day visit to Paso, and the hot tub was so enjoyable on the chilly nights. The small kitchen was very well appointed with just about anything one would need -- including 4 different ways to make coffee (!). We prioritize finding quiet accommodations wherever we travel, and this neighborhood was just that, while also being a mere couple of blocks to the center of town. Check in and out was quick and easy. Overall, this was a great spot to stay for our post-holiday winter getaway.

We loved this house! It’s perfect for a couple looking to stay close to downtown Paso. The house is a charming old home with a beautiful brand new kitchen, the house is clean, the bed is very comfortable, the kitchen and bathroom are well stocked and the fenced in backyard was perfect for our pups. The spa is also a huge plus! Walking distance to the square in Paso and a short drive to tons of wineries. Would highly recommend this house and we’re hoping to come back soon!

Only got positive things to say. The location on a quiet residential road in downtown Paso is excellent, access to hot tub was great after biking for 2 days. Bed is really comfy. Kitchen is really fully stocked with everything you can think of including consumables such as oil, foil, spices etc. bathroom was newly decorated, shower had great pressure to it, nice touch with the heater above the towel rack. If I’m been picky I would say there is a lack of draws for storing clothes in the bedroom but that would be it. Used washing machine and dryer, both fine, all in all very pleased and would highly recommend.

The home is so close to downtown, but the neighborhood was very peaceful & quiet. The home is cute with many amenities. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware, appliances, coffee, tea, etc. The bed is super comfortable. We will stay here again!

Kitchen and bathroom has been beautifully updated while maintaining the charm throughout the rest of the house. Lots of backyard space to relax in. Very quiet neighborhood while location is convenient to downtown Paso Robles. Hot tub was a fantastic addition!

Property was great distance to walk to downtown and to get to the wineries. Property was as depicted in photos. Only note would be bed was very soft but that’s just a personal preference.

We stayed here for two nights as a base for exploring the area and seeing a show at Vina Robles. The house was beautiful, clean, and well equipped with everything we needed. We would happily stay here again and recommend it highly.

What a wonderful place. It’s located a short walk from the downtown area, which was very convenient for us. Love the updates to the home but also the original parts that continue to give you the feel of the early 1900s. We would definitely come back.

This is a great place to stay if visiting Paso Robles! We loved the big backyard and hot tub under the oak trees. We enjoyed walking to restaurants and shopping, exploring the downtown area and wine tasting. Everything was so close! The house was sparkling clean and very well stocked with amenities. We would definitely stay here again!

We loved how cute the home was. Having a backyard was nice for our dog + the hot tub was nice for us! Great location, easy to walk downtown. They also had every kitchen appliance you could ask for, very well stocked.

This property has a lot going for it. Although there are some items that need attention, when i mentioned them to Leila, she quickly noted that they all were being handled shortly.
Quick and pleasant communication. Nice touches of amenities around the property such as robes to use for the hot tub. Loved that! The floors are definitely squeaky as others have mentioned. Close walk into town and nice grass patch out front for our pup to roll in. The fence needs a repair to make it secure for dogs but we were told it's being worked on shortly.

This is a great house! So much charm. It was perfect for me and my husband and our dog for the 4 nights we were in Paso. The kitchen is beautiful and was fully equipped. I loved the storage cabinets that held so many appliances. The location was great! We were able to walk to many places with our dog. The large backyard was lovely and the neighborhood was quiet and pleasant. Loved our time there.

Clean, well appointed historical house. Some original doors and floors make for a noisy (squeaky) but interesting and authentic experience with this nearly 105 year old charmer.
With some work/landscaping to the generous yard this property could go from excellent to amazing!

Home is as represented. It's been recently refurnished. Street is quiet and is walking distance to restaurants and city wine cellar doors. We were here for 2 weeks. Communication was excellent. Wifi was strong but internet was sometimes a bit unreliable.... don't know why.
We like to cook at home and kitchen was very functional with All Clad cookware and Thor Gas stove. Good Weber BBQ outside.
Yard is secure and well fenced and we enjoyed the hot tub many times. Never got a chance to use the fire pit. Large flat screen TVS in both bedroom and living room worked well and with airplay to it and bluetooth speaker, no shortage of music and AV in the house. All in all, we had a very pleasnat time.

Property is receiving multiple updates which are great. Except the shower head is bizarre. It's a rain shower head and doesn't make showering easy. Also the new owners rotated the bed so it's really hard to walk around. I understand why as the nightstands are nice to have. Over all it is a great little rental and we enjoyed our stay. Thank you.
