Beach chairs, boogie boards, beach towels, igloo and sand toys are ready for you to enjoy. Located in the heart of Mission Beach, walking distance to restaurants, bars, coffee shops, Belmont Park with the iconic Giant Dipper Rollercoaster, Mission Bay, Boutiques and five mile long boardwalk. Catch the fireworks from Sea World, just across the bay. Freeway access is nearby to reach downtown, North Park, Coronado, La Jolla and more within minutes. Things to know: Property is located on the second floor with access by stairs. Air conditioning is in the common areas and can cool down the entire unit with the bedroom door ajar. No smoking and no pets allowed on the premises (this includes patios, balconies, and common areas) There are active security cameras on the exterior of the property. This home is located in a high-density neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. There is a no tolerance policy for excessive noise, occupancy, parties, pets, or smoking. Failure to abide by these policies may lead to immediate eviction without refund. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting this home. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed. Parking notes: There is free parking for 1 vehicle. This is off street parking near the main street and about 100 steps from the unit.

My 3 teens and I stayed here and absolutely loved it! The couch is not a full size pull out bed, rather an L-shaped couch with a 2-cushion sized pull out. It fit my 12 year old and I just fine was was comfortable for us but 2 adults may have a problem with comfort. The bed is very comfortable. We had everything we needed including a full kitchen, gorgeous bathroom, A/C, internet and TV options, plenty of extra towels, an extra set of bedding, washer/dryer, secure auto locks on all exterior doors, and prompt communication with the owner. Steps to the beach and plenty of beach toys!

This property was a great fit for our quick getaway to Mission Beach to visit our daughter. We were able to walk the beach and to local restaurants. It was very clean. The host had excellent directions and was wonderful to work with.

Perfect for the two of us! Just steps from the beach and Belmont park, yet far enough to not be disturbed by excess noise. Very clean, modern amenities with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing week at the beach. Great communication with the owner. Looking forward to our next stay.

The location just outside the main tourist area was key to our enjoyment of staying here. Excellent communication with the owner, rather than an agent, was another key. The washer/dryer made our 3 week stay a breeze. We will definitely stay here on our next visit to TCI.

Took our little family here for a quick beach getaway and it didn’t disappoint! The perfect condo, just steps away from the beach. We enjoyed walking the boardwalk and eating at the restaurants close by. Our favorites were “The Mission” for gourmet breakfast and “Rosaria” for yummy pizza. The place was very clean and had an updated, modern feel. They even had sand toys and boogie boards available, also a washer and dryer which is a bonus when you have a toddler! Thanks for an incredible trip!

The place is newly remodeled and quite clean. Be aware that the neighborhood is under a flight path so it's a bit noisy. Also noisy because you're in close quarters with the other units. The trash track is absurdly loud every morning. Nitpick: the shower wall is pretty small due to the size of the bathroom so the water goes all over it.

What more can I say. This has to be the most peaceful place in San Diego . The communication between me and the host alone is enough to book for the future . All I can say is clean, convenience, and comfortable .

Immaculate and very short walk to the beach. Just as shown in photos. It was perfect for my son and me. The owners were very responsive and very hospitable. We loved our stay here.

Probably one of the best experiences we’ve had with a rental! The apt was very clean and we were provided with plenty of supplies. The bed and couch were very comfortable. The owners were easy to reach and responsive to texts. Great location close the beach, restaurants and shops.

This rental is in a great location: 1 min walk to the beach and boardwalk. Easy Access: restaurants, rentals, and the amusement park. Close enough to action but peaceful for a goodnights sleep. So clean, and beautifully decorated to really give that home away from home feeling. The water pressure was amazing; looks and feels fresh. Also, if you want to check out Pacific Beach that is also easily accessible by boardwalk or sidewalk. Whatever walk of life you prefer this is a true San Diego gem, just as shown. Owner very responsive, this was delightful. I would stay here for a month if I had the time.

This was the perfect place for a quick getaway as a single mom before the craziness of school started! The condo had everything I needed- chairs and towels for the beach (and toys and boogie boards if you have kids with you), kitchen with everything I needed, and a TV with YouTube TV so I didn't miss anything and even laundry onsite for a longer stay! It is literally steps to the beach and great dining but once inside you are able to relax without all the noise around you. The host knows the area well and was ready was great recommendations for things to do and see and places to eat plus was quick and responsive with any questions. I will for sure be back with my kids and any time I can sneak away for a couple days!!

We loved staying at Jamaican A Good Time. The accommodations had everything we needed including Beach towels and chairs And a well stocked kitchen as well as TVs and games. We were a stones throw from the Wonderful beach, And not far from many activities to explore. We loved going to Balboa Park and listening to the free concerts. Don’t miss that San Diego zoo and also the safari animal park. Our host Evan was supreme!
