Great, will consider staying here again.

There was no breakfast included. I had an initial disappointment but realise this was because I check in just slightly earlier and the rom was not clean up yet. After they clean the room and put it in order, this was great. Area was very convenience to Amenities and Metro. Key collection was a bit of hassle, probably because I was not familiar with the system but the follow up and explanation for this was prompt and great.

The TV system, there was no instruction and I could not get to increase the Volume, so I ended up not using it as it was difficult to hear at the set volume. Maybe you can have a simple booklet to explain the amentities in the facility.

We got extra invoice after 12 days!!!

The location is good even though the House is next to very big road. Without this ridiculous and grotesque accusation (see below) I could have given 8 points. Luckily I had not yet written this review before We were sent this ridiculous extra invoice (see below).

12 days after we had left we got an extra invoice claiming that we had broken a cupboard which we definitely had not done. Before that nobody contacted us even though we were told that cleaners will come to the apartment right after we leave. This is totally ridiculous. During those 12 days who ever can have broken that cupboard! Everything was good when We left. So I can not recommend this place!
