Perfect stay-cation for a small family or couple! -40 minutes to Wilmington International Airport (ILM) -30 minutes to downtown Wilmington The Space: -Kitchen well stocked with appliances -Large deck with ground level lounge area -Will supply all linens (except beach towels), hand soap, dish soap, paper/trash bags, coffee/tea -1 bedroom with a King bed -Full kitchen (coffee pot, electric kettle, pots/pans,dishes) and living area including flat screen (local stations, netflix, amazon and sling tv). Guest Access: -Back apartment unit accessed by steps -Reserved parking space for 1 vehicle -Large deck with sitting area -Ground level lounge area The Neighborhood: The neighborhood is quiet, and close to everything. Mix of vacationers and year round residents. Getting Around: - Free parking at apartment -Walk, bike, public parking at beaches and in town -Bike and golf cart rentals are available on the island -Uber cars and taxi's are also available Other Things to Note: There is a ring security camara, at the entrance of this property Interaction with Guests: All interactions with guests will be very helpful but minimal unless requested. We will be extremely responsive but unobtrusive.

Very close to beach, just a few minute walk. Loved the outdoor shower. Not much provided in kitchen, so bring everything if you plan on cooking. Review messages from management company closely as you will need to bring extra towels, paper towels and tp.

It's around a mile drive/walk to the boardwalk area. We plan to stay again!

2 minute walk from the beach was super convenient. Also only about a mile from downtown which was nice for a night out. Bathroom could've been a little cleaner when we arrived but not a big deal. Overall a great stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfect for my wife and me to get away with our senior dog who loves the beach. It was the perfect amount of space for us. We had a few stray ants, but it's the beach so we weren't worried about it. Note to dog owners to check beach rules. Dogs are restricted to certain hours on the beach during certain times of the year.

Couldn’t asked for a perfect location, one block to the beach if your a walker everything was at your fingertips. Plenty of restaurants only 20 minutes from downtown Wilmington. The host was very accommodating, we asymptotic a few extra towels he brought them over the next morning. Thank you. I would definitely consider coming back.

Nicely updated, Was perfect for my husband and I. First time bringing dog to beach. Close to beach and child gate on deck was perfect for dog to hang out and keep her safe. Loved it, will definitely return.

Great location, nice place, super clean and friendly host! We will definitely be back. Honestly the pictures don't do this place enough justice. It is SO nice and well decorated. And it's pet-friendly which was a huge plus for us. Sean and Christine were so easy to get in contact with and the check in and out process was so simple. Highly recommend!!!

I thought this was the best property for our stay during COVID-19. The cleanliness and location to the beach was perfect. The rental had everything we needed and owners were attentive to our needs. The parking under the deck was a perfect location for unloading and loading. Thank you Sean & Christine for our stay.
