This house was perfect for our staycation. Tons of room and plenty to do! The pool, hot tub, and basketball court were all great. Steve had the pool heated for us in January and it was amazing. The pool table and media room were excellent, too.
Plenty of bedrooms and a big kitchen and dining areas. There are numerous really nice updates throughout the house. It's close to anything you could need: stores, restaurants, etc.
Steve and his team were unbelievably responsive and very nice to work with.
We will definitely stay here again.

The property was as advertised and more! As we explored the house it “kept going” so spacious and Perfect for our immediate and extended family to feel like we could have our own space if needed! I feel like some of the space went unused for lack of time here! Would have loved to have had a longer vacation here!! The game room/theater room was awesome. The view of creek was beautiful! The owner was Beyond Exceptional in Every way. Easy to reach if needed, and took such good care of the house. Loved the fluid decor, So cute, we noticed all the teal accents!! And to top it off: a Decorated full size tree to keep us in the holiday spirit! Love this home, and would love to stay again if ever in the Dallas area!

This was the perfect spot for our group of 12 forty-somethings for our annual adults only getaway. Plenty of space for us to not feel cramped. So many options for activities throughout the weekend! We are excited to stay again!

5 friends from Massachusetts going to the Pats game in Dallas. House was excellent for our needs Plenty of bedroom space , theatre room , kitchen facilities great outdoor space for pool use and hanging out. Within 45 minutes of stadium and downtown Dallas for our game and JFK tour. Close proximity to restaurants and grocery store. So for us. 5 stars !!!!!

The house is beautiful & very spacious. The backyard with the pool made it feel like our own private resort. The host is very responsive. If we are ever back in the area, this will be our go-to spot.

Beautiful large house in a quiet neighborhood. There was plenty of room for our large group of 14. Plenty of parking out front in the circle drive. The backyard pool and pool toys were wonderful and enjoyed by most all of us, especially the kids. We also used the pool table and theater. We sure appreciated that the house was well stocked with supplies! The only problem we found was that the hot tub cover needed replaced, but the weather was really too warm for it anyway. Steve, the host, was very helpful and easy to contact. We would definitely book again, Thank you!!

Great place to visit the Dallas/Plano area with family!
We were visiting our son who is working at Prestonwood Church for the summer. We did day trips to the Cowboys stadium, pontoon boating at Sapphire Bay marina, Top Golf, water park, frisbee golf, golfing & church on Sunday:) And in the evenings, we swam in the (delightfully warm) pool. Lots of places nearby to eat out or cook/grill out at home. Our teens especially enjoyed the movie room.

Overall impression was plenty of room. Fully enjoyed the pool, game room and theater room. Very nice amenities for the kids to stay entertained. Needs more attention to detail for cleanliness, but other than that we fully enjoyed our time together as a family.

The house was very nice. Plenty of room for our family. The kids had a lot of fun and loved the pool and game room. The adults had a great time and if you needed quiet time you could get away on your balcony. Steven was very responsive to all of our needs.

The place was really well laid out and comfortable for our group of 12. Everyone had lots of room and the kitchen has lots of room to prep and cook in. We enjoyed the pool, basketball court, movie room, and generally lot of areas to hang out in. The beds were all comfortable. We also appreciated that there was a basic stock of spices, toiletries and pool towels. We would definitely come back to this property.

We had an amazing stay at this vrbo property. The location was great, with easy access to all the activities we wanted to do. The property itself was as advertised, with plenty of space for our group to relax and unwind.

Overall beautiful home with cool decor. More than enough space and things to do in the home. Movie theater was a fan favorite. Pool and spa tub were nice as well. Plenty of places to sit and play games.
Only weird thing was someone parked across the street when we were checking in watching us unload our vehicles. They were there for quite a while. Very off putting.

This property has everything in it that we needed to have a great spring break trip. It was clean and nice decor. The kids didn’t ask to go anywhere because they already had it at this property. We had so much fun and we brought our fire stick to watch movies in the theatre. Plenty of space for everyone without feeling like we were on top of each other. We had a great time!

This property was exactly what we wanted! We called this a "nothing" trip - a trip where my kids, significant others and a couple close friends just want to get away from the snow and hang out and play games. The house was huge - lots of space to allow separation, too. But more importantly, the backyard was so wonderful. The weather wasn't the warmest but the pool water was warm and the hot tub was nice and hot. And add the covered backyard porch where we got to put on the NCAA tournament and play games even with the rain. We would definitely visit this property again.

The place was absolutely spotless inside and out. The lawns had been mowed just before all our friends arrived, and even the grass all the way down to the river was mowed. The pool was spotlessly, clean and remained heated even though the temperature had dropped and was cool out. It was so nice to use the pool when it did warm up or even in the evening for a nice little swim. The hot tub was equally clean. There was plenty of space for all of us. Everything worked well. Very comfortable beds. The theater room was amazing. The master en suite exceptionally beautiful. The only thing that it didn’t have was a kettle and we are all tea drinkers. But at the last minute we got one of our friends to bring one with them so everything worked out perfectly. We are planning on staying again for sure. All communication with Steven was quick and he more than addressed any needs. Would definitely recommend.

This was our first time booking a vacation rental. Not only was the location easy to find, but there were also grocery stores and shopping nearby. We always received timely responses from the hosts before and during the stay. This was so reassuring. The property is a treat. This was the first time in a long time that we were able to have a mini-family reunion. There were so many spaces and places for family members to spread out and chat. The kitchen counter space was great for setting up meals, and the two dining spaces allowed the family to sit comfortably and enjoy conversations. The media, game, and reading rooms were great spaces. Unfortunately for us, the Dallas weather was super cold, so we could not take advantage of the hot tub, swimming pool, or gazebo, but everyone positively commented on the outdoor space. The beds were comfortable, and bathroom amenities were appreciated. A previous reviewer commented on accessibility that we did not have to take into account. The house is two-story. The first level has several areas where there are short steps transitioning between living spaces. Anyone who has mobility issues will need to take this into consideration. Otherwise, we would definitely book this rental again. Kudos to Steven and his staff.

First of all, the host, Steven, was amazing. He answered all of our questions and his response time was fast. I had a lot of questions - he was kind, patient and so accommodating. He was willing to work with our specific requests to make sure our stay was absolutely perfect. The house is AMAZING! So many rooms, beds, and seating areas. We spent a lot of time in the covered outdoor space, inside the 9-seat theater style media room, and the kitchen! There is also a little bar right of the living room. Smart TVS everywhere!!!
This home has a pool table, arcade games, huge outdoor pool, hot tub, basketball court, gigantic covered outdoor patio with fridge! EVERYTHING. We were going to go out to do a few fun things in the area but we changed plans and never left this amazing property. We will be booking again for family vacations, staff meetings, and so much more! This is an amazing house with so many amenities for the price!! It was absolutely pristine and everything was top notch service!!! Book this place today!!! We fell in love with the property and host!!

Some friends and I needed some R&R and this was the place for it! We enjoyed the hot tub, the movie and game rooms, and the large kitchen and hangout family room. Everybody had space to do whatever they needed to rest and enjoy the time together. Highly recommend this!!!
