Spacious apartment. Fairly well equipped kitchen

Freezer door broken. Food we put in fridge iced Oven not cleaned. Tray left with foil covered in greasy fat Balcony not cleaned well and no mop/bucket to do it ourselves Boiler unplugged had to contact agent TV not working. Discovered dodgy powerpoint which sparked when we took plug out . No guides to how to use TV either, although we worked it out eventually Information should mention very steep slope to apartment if walking No information about how to dispose of rubbish. We had to ask another resident 2nd bedroom too small for an adult couple Net curtain on bedroom windows would be good as on corridor

Needs some TLC but a pretty area

The outside area was well kept, good sized pool and lift to the property. The apartment was a good size. There was no hot water and the owner very quickly tried to get this resolved, we had hot water on the second day.

it would have been helpful to have a note for guests with details like, where you dispose of rubbish and the parking etc. You have to bring rubbish down the hill to bins at the end of the road which if you do not have a car is a bit of a walk. The apartment was at the top of a very steep hill. It was not as close to the centre of Nerja as advertised. The apartment was quite dirty. I had to give the apartment a really thorough clean as there was lots of hair and a very tired stained sofa that I purchased a throw for as I have a young child.
