We really had a great time at this hotel. The entire ambiance, look and feel were quite relaxing and visually appealing. We had a twin room that was spacious and I absolutely loved the tiled shower. The staff was also very attentive and tried their best to use English which I really appreciated. My husband said its the perfect place to relax, we also found there was a really nice park across the street, which allowed us to casually stroll around walk off the buffet breakfast. Another perk, was the convenience store on-site. This was very convenient if you weren't having dinner at the hotel. They also have parking available nearby, which was too far away.
The only thing I didn't like hence the 9 stars instead of 10 was the lack of protein options in the breakfast buffet. For people who don't eat pork there were really no options outside of eggs and nato. I would recommend adding fish and chicken options to add more variety particularly for those with diet concerns or restrictions. Other than that it was a lovely hotel and I plan on going again.

There comes a great breakfast with the reservation -- if you choose the option. The location is excellent if you need to go to Tokyo University and it is still only about 15 min to walk to the TExpress Kashiwa Campus Stn.
