The view from the restaurant/breakfast room is amazing. It made the stay completely worth it; it was really memorable to have lazy long meals with the whole city behind us.
The wifi kicks you off every time you disconnect your device, which is very inconvenient. The location in Sultanhamet was not great for us as it is surrounded by clothing shops with very little cafes or restaurants around, which does not make it feel cozy. The spa is co-ed which we had not expected so we should have asked.

The location and amenities were ideal for a business trip. Everything was convenient, comfortable, and well suited for a productive stay.

I liked the view from the rooftop restaurant and the daily cleaning service
In my opinion, the hotel does not quite meet the standards I would expect from a five-star property and feels closer to a three-star experience.
The breakfast selection could be improved, particularly in terms of the quality of the meat products and the coffee facilities. Unfortunately, the coffee machines were not able to prepare a proper cappuccino, so we ended up going to the Bazaar in the mornings to enjoy our coffee.
The location itself is close to a police station, which provides a reassuring sense of safety. However, reaching the hotel involves a fairly steep uphill walk and some of the surrounding streets are poorly lit and could benefit from better cleanliness and maintenance.
For guests with limited mobility or who prefer to avoid steep climbs, the location may not be the most convenient.
Overall, I would recommend considering these points carefully when choosing this hotel, particularly if you are expecting a five-star experience.
