We stayed at Fer Hotel for a total of 6 nights. We used it as a base, returning to it twice while we went on two short 2-3 days side trips to Ephesus/Pammakule and Cappadocia by air. Their breakfasts were excellent with many choices as well as made to order egg dishes. The staff at both the breakfast room and reception were friendly and helpful.
The location of the hotel is great, just around the corner from a pedestrian street which leads to the Grand Bazaar. If you walk towards the opposite direction it leads to the area where the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Topkapi Palace and the Sultanahmet Square are located. If we ever come back to Istanbul we would stay here again.
