We had a very pleasant stay at New Florenta Hotel. The hotel is located on a quiet street, yet the location is excellent and within easy reach of all the main attractions. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast offered a good variety of options.
The staff were extremely hardworking, friendly, and approachable, and we felt very safe throughout our stay. Overall, the hotel offers excellent value for money, and we would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Istanbul.

I booked this hotel for my very old parents. They were absolutely happy with it. They said the breakfast staff was amazing. The reception and cleaning staff was very supportive. They loved the stay.
The internet is a bit slow. Also, the rooms do not have any tables. So theres no place to open your suitcases.

Breakfast was excellent with a great variety and the kitchen staff and waiters were friendly and attentive- thank you.
Housekeeping should clean thoroughly and report maintenance issues to management
