Fabulous location, nice authentic presentation with interior decoration, great breakfast, wide variety of food, great that everything you require is there, ie. Air-con, a lift to higher floors, en-suites, fridges, helpful staff. Hotel is in a quiet street .

1. Excellent location near the Sultanahmet tram stop
2. Clean and spacious connecting rooms, although French decor was a little dated. Very comfortable beds after long day walking
3. Tasty breakfast
4. Really friendly and helpful staff - the two young lads, the cleaners, and the kitchen staff made our stay worth it

1. Some of the Receptionists were not very friendly. Like most Turkish hotels, there was a great deal of sychophancy towards one particular race, and dismissiveness and prejudice towards South East Asians. Don't take our money to throw it in our faces

3. Room lighting was dim and draining on the eyes in one of the rooms. Just two wall lights at the bed, no centre light

The location was perfect with a short walk to many major attractions. Situated in a quiet street there were many restaurants within the immediate area.The breakfast had a lot of choice.
The bed had only one bedside table,no bedside lighting and was very close on one side to the window making it hard to access. There was a towel rack over the toilet which was too low and I hit my head several times . The room safe was installed in the wardrobe , it was too high for my wife to use and too deep so that it restricted one of the sliding wardrobe doors from opening fully making one half of the space hard to use easily. No drawer space to store smaller items of clothing. The view was a dirty white wall less than a metre away and although there was two chairs and a table the balcony door refused to open .
