The hotel was very clean, elegant and beautifully decorated. The location was excellent, with many of Istanbul’s main attractions within easy reach. The staff were also very welcoming and helpful.
We really enjoyed our stay and had no major complaints. Everything was comfortable and well maintained.

Clean big room
The staff were amazing - reception helped us with recommendations, sorting some medical problems, and constantly provided tea and coffee and water

Staff at reception were very helpful.
1. The restaurant was poor considering that this hotel is classified as a 4 star hotel. Had to queue for a seat each morning, and sometimes be asked to move to accommodate another family. Food was not great either. Mostly cold and if cooked was overcooked. Staff in the kitchen/restaurant were unfriendly or rude.
2. I specifically booked for 2 single beds and was given just a double bed. Spoke to staff about it and was told they would sort it out, yet we we put in an even smaller room with just a double bed.
