The apartment was very clean, well equipped and was perfect as a base to explore Rouen. The bed was comfortable, the armchairs great for relaxing, the kitchen had everything we needed and the bathroom was smart and clean, with a good shower. The location was fantastic, right in the centre of the city, and had a great view of the Abbey. The host was brilliant and replied to every message immediately and was really friendly, polite and helpful. The instructions provided for collecting the keys and getting to the parking place were really clear and helpful. We would definitely stay here again next time.

Im Zentrum und dazu noch einen Parkplatz. Perfekt für uns.
Dass wir unsere Hunde immer die Treppe hoch tragen mussten😉. Das lag aber an uns, da unsere Hunde keine Treppen gehen.

Great location and view! Clean and well presented, close to restaurants and all the sights. Well equipped kitchen. Very responsive host. Yes it has a lot of stairs, but not as bad as other reviews (we managed with 1 large and 2 small suitcases)
Parking is very tight entrance/exit even with a smaller car it took me a few minutes of manoeuvring!

The stairs were horrendous i know there was stairs but there were really horroble im mearly 70 and gettong up them with suit csse ect i thought i was going to have a heart attact.the car park is so so near bye a ten minate walk and of you have a big car very tricky to enter.the bathroom has no blind and smells the bedding washed but no ironed the bedropm smelled of B O the flat looks clean umtill furter inspection the soaf very uncomforable.i deffernatley will not be returning.i had tp pay extra 25 euros for cleanning then got a message telling me what cleamong tp do befor i leave also said yo take ru. Ish from bin down.are they jokong its going to be hard enough getting my suitcase ect and my self down.then it says ive hot to drive bavk here to drop off the keys .
