The apartment is located at the very centre of Rouen. Within a 10 minute walk you can reach almost every touristic spot in the city, find restaurants, bars, shops... Literally across the street there is a nice supermarket, and 10 meters of your door a delicious boulangerie. 4 days a week you can also buy some quality food at the beautiful market 50 meters from the house.
The apartment is modern and nicely decorated, has a lot of space and on arrival was very clean. The host had even turned on the airconditioning in advance for us, so we arrived in a nice cool house. The kitchen has everything you can wish to cook your own meals, or cover a nice table.
The matrassess could have been a little bit more stiff, but that's also a personal preference, the beds were okay, and there is enough space to place your clothes and personal belongings.
We left our car during our whole 4 days stay at the Q-Park Palais de Justice, just 8 minutes by foot from the house. We reserved in advance for the full period, and this allows you to left the parking and return to it as frequently as you want. That's ideal if you want to use the car to visit the beautiful surroundigs of Rouen.
If you want to go early to bed and like to sleep with the windows open, you will hear every conversation from the bars and terrace directly in front of the building. If you close the well isolated windows the noise almost disappears, but if you are very sensitive to it, you will still notice.

Es muy amplio y cómodo. Está en una ubicación ideal.
Dispone de todo lo necesario para hacer tu estancia muy cómoda.
Realmente me gustó todo aunque el armario de la habitación de las dos camas necesita un poco de orden.
También nos dijeron que había aire acondicionado en la casa y lo hay pero no en los dormitorios en los que hay ventiladores.

Tout près de la place du vieux marché, stationnement souterrain à 50m et épicerie en face. On peux faire à pied les principales attractions.
