We had a truly wonderful stay! The resort is impressively spacious and vast, boasting a gorgeous white sandy beach and crystal-clear water that made for the ultimate beach getaway.
The hospitality was exceptional—welcoming people everywhere made us feel instantly at home. Whenever we reached out with a question or request, the team was highly responsive and addressed all of our concerns in no time. We also thoroughly enjoyed our Tower 3 panoramic view room and the endless food variety available.
My only minor observation is that the sprawling property could use a few more directional markers, as we found ourselves occasionally turned around trying to navigate the grounds.
Aside from that small detail, it was a fantastic experience!

Good location, excellent facilities, the pools and beach are all very beautiful and well maintained, clean and good temperatures.
Sometimes the language barrier with the staff is a problem, many of the staff don’t understand English very well.

Honestly, a huge disappointment and definitely not worth the money. The reception was extremely crowded and chaotic, with luggage everywhere and a complete lack of organization.
The room was spacious but very basic and outdated, more like a 2-star hotel than a luxury resort. The bathroom was extremely small and had a bad smell from time to time, probably due to drainage or ventilation issues. The kitchen area had absolutely no plates, cutlery, knives, or basic equipment.
The biggest issue was the lack of staff. I requested a pillow at 6:30 AM and waited more than 30 minutes, having to call several times. At breakfast around 7 AM, there was only one waiter serving and cleaning tables for the entire restaurant. Even at check-out, nobody came to collect our luggage.
The food was also very basic and tasteless. Overall, the hotel feels old, understaffed, and poorly managed. For the price and the Rixos name, I expected a much higher level of service and luxury. I definitely would not stay here again.
