clean and easily accessible resort .
courteous and polite staff , who did offer us a free upgrade to a capacious and comfortable twin house.

The aqua park was enjoyable, and the desserts were excellent.
The interior finishes and decor are stylish throughout.
Our suite was spacious and cozy, with modern, stylish furniture and large TVs.
The main pool and the connected pools near the beach were also good.
Restrooms: Every public restroom we used, including the one in the lobby, was dirty, had no attendant, and had broken fixtures and dispensers.
Beach: The sea water was uninviting; it looked very dark because of seaweed, and it got deep very quickly. Even the front-row beach seating was oddly far from the water.
Food: Apart from the desserts, the buffet had very limited variety, with no grill station or live baking.
Aqua park: We could not find a single double float with intact handles anywhere in the park. There were no family floats, so guests used double floats on the family slide, most of them also missing handles, which is a real safety concern.
Entertainment: There was no animation team and no evening entertainment during our 2 nights. We were told entertainment was planned for Thursday, after our stay ended.
Transport: There was no golf cart or shuttle to the beach, which is a long walk in the scorching sun.
Bathroom lighting: The suite bathroom's lighting is poorly planned. The shower area is completely dark, and the only light at the mirror is a decorative LED strip that is too dim for shaving or grooming.
