the stay is great, we enjoyed the cities and also the travel to Acadia. It was easy and convenient

Location is great, close to all amenities. shops, music etc the hotel is comfortable, provide all we need The staffs are friendly and very helpful

Proximity to downtown and cleanliness and comfort of room

Needed a reading lamp near chair by tv and a hook on back of bathroom door, in my opinion, just to add a few more useful items

There was nothing offered that I would consider breakfast. The offered coffee , tea and yogurt very poor. Parceled stuff like water out 1 by 1

Had to go down to the office to get toilet paper despite having house keeping a few hours before

We would spend most of our time in the National park so we really just needed a comfortable and clean room to spend the night. I’m very concerned about cleanliness and Main Street Motel met my expectations. It was clean, except for some dust on top of switches but I know most people wouldn’t care about that, so this is more a sign of how clean I think it is that my complain is mainly dust on top of switches. There’s kettle and coffee and tea at the reception as well :)

Staff was very nice, room was clean and hotel was well situated. But found room a bit basic considering price.

Generally, a good stay.

Very friendly/welcoming staff. The coffee and water station in the reception room was very convenient and pretty good. The bed was quite comfortable. the rooms seemed to be were well insulated since they were quite. It was close to several restaurants

The bathroom was very small, the extractor fan made tremendous noise. The room a/c thermostat malfunctioned and overheated the room.

it’s location. freshly painted , appeared clean

the ceiling above the toilet had a leak that was getting worse. I reported it. they fixed one tile but left the other stained tiles. I suggested a discount as I was worried the toilet above us was going to fall through. They didn’t offer to move us ( I believe all booked up) . I did t not receive one

A clean comfortable property right in the heart of town . very walkable to the beach and restaurants . It included a wonderful breakfast . The staff is friendly and helpful with local recommendations

Location at edge of downtown Bar Harbor was convenient for walking (though tricky for driving at times due to congestion). Good access to national park. Comfortable bed, great pillows! Plenty of parking. Nice to have full size dresser --- we were able to completely unpack for our 4 night stay.

We really missed having a coffee maker in the room. Coffee was supposed to be available 24 hours a day in lobby but that did not prove to be the case during our stay. There was no overhead lighting and only two lamps in room so for us who are older, there was not enough light.

FOr 1 night in Bar Harbor this place is ideal. Centrally located but away from the crowds.

Rooms were large and beds comfy. Really easy parking. Quite quiet despite central location.

Coffee available at reception but it was always luke warm. Too expensive for a standard motel room - but everything is way overpriced in bar harbor. We decided to move on after 1 night. There are nicer places to visit with fewer people,

Everything you need for visiting Acadia

24/7 coffee and tea was a great addition for our early morning hikes with Acadia about a mile or 2 just down the road. The staff was friendly, and quickly helped us check in and out. Great location and walking distance to downtown restaurants, bars, and shops. I will definitely return.
