Incredible hospitality from Imda & his team.
A beautiful, serene atmosphere.
Simple but stylish decoration.
Breakfast & lunch/ dinner included is amazing. The food is on another level exceptional.
We loved everything but arrived very late at night (3am) so was tricky to find along the track.

The photos looked lovely, but I wondered how Atmaveda Resorts would actually turn out. )The name wasn't confidence inspiring for me for obvious reasons!) After 2 days at the property (at Srirangapatnam - just 2.5 hrs from Bangalore) with Ma I must say it is one of the most beautiful places to stay in Karnataka! I love rivers and the cottages here look right into the heart of the water. You wake up and you see green and blue. The trees are gorgeous, the gentle rolling grassy patches wonderful to laze and the sit-outs are good for hours of bird watching and river gazing. We went during the week and so found it quiet and serene though I can imagine a bustling weekend with friends here! Imdad Shariff runs this place so well and the staff are caring, gentle and very efficient. I loved the food too. Many choices and super delicious. Plus there are Van Gogh skies that make you wonder why you did not know about this place earlier. I will come back for sure. Thank you Imdad and Team for such a wonderful holiday :)
Bangalore peeps - do not miss this beauty. Go during the week for the serenity :) And they are quite booked in advance so book and go please.

My husband and I had a lovely time at the resort. The location by the river is extremely scenic. A perfect place to relax. The staff were cordial and took care of our needs well.
